Amazing to have this knowledge. I wish I knew all that you know to be able to fix these appliances. So much waste in our economy because it cost so much to fix something that is so cheap new. But fixing these things and knowing electronics is such a great hobby and skill set to have.
thank you Sir for sharing and teaching. but I'm afraid I cannot do it because I'm not a technician. I don't have tools like that. and I don't know how to use it. maybe I will borrow from my friends and follow your video step by step.
Hi Sir, greetings from Brazil! Thanks for your video. I’ve bought an Induction Heater Rice cooker from Japan, which is 100 volts. I want to use here in Brazil using 127volts. As the induction has a transformer to power the coils, Do you think it will be possible to use it as is? Or there are a risk of blowing all the circuit? Thanks again!
In your underneath coils, I notice that there is a coil from one side that goes to the top and then fastened down to the opposite side. Such is lacking in mine. Could it be the reason why my induction stove is not heating up? It powers up so that electricity could not be the issue.
Good day sir, I have a Snappy Chef I had the same problem. No power from the start. I replaced the IGBT and Bridge Rectifier. I have power now but E0 error as its not picking up the pot/plate. I have check the 400V/4.7uF Cap (Broken) Also 5 resistors are very far from the resistance tolerance value. I am going to replace the capacitor and resistors. I hope that it will work. Any comments from your side would be highly appreciated. With Kind Regards
I have a buffalo induction hob. 3kw countertop I use in my cafe. It’s great but sometimes won’t turn on.. having to switch it off and on to get it too work. I feel it’s something we aren’t doing right. Any ideas???
First you have to remove the protection but it is risky because the coil works with high voltage. I made one around 600W but I don't know if it will work for you. ruclips.net/video/ZvR92HLy6qM/видео.html

@@irbindey it's thermal paste, but I don't think that will fix your issue. That sensor is there as safety and for setting temp. "The cooktop can detect whether cookware is present by monitoring power delivered. As with other electric ceramic cooking surfaces, a maximum pan size may be specified by the manufacturer, and a minimum size is also stated. The control system shuts down the element if a pot is not present or not large enough. If a pan boils dry it can get extremely hot - a thermostat in the surface will turn off the power if it senses overheating to prevent cooker failures and potential fires."

You can install it upside down GBJ25K BRIDGE RECTIFIER face up directly and then weld the legs
Oczywiście
No
Because it heatsink side
estoy de acuerdo , va a disipar igual

Very good video quality and demonstration.
Fantastic works sir. Love it.
Excellent post, congratulations, I wanted to ask you a question. If the + and - keys do not work, possible damage to the control board?
Thanks a lot!

I think I like your soldering iron, can you give me the brand and specific of your soldering iron? Thanks. 😊😊😊
Would the cause of the transistors burning out be because the device we unplugged too soon, eg before the fan had cooled those transistors down?
Thank you a lot for video. Which paste do you use for rectifier and transistor? Where did you by transistor an rectifier? Thanks for answer.
Silicon paste
Awesome job & thank you so much :)

Kondensatory elektrolityczne w zasilaniu, utraciły pojemność, trzeba wymienić na nowe
Will it be possible to make this induction cooker to work with dc power 12/24 or 48volts, using less complex applications.
Greetings from Nigeria
It can work but with a smaller or the same size but rare coil.
I even made a similar prototype 3:00

Heat sink compound on the temperature sensor that gives it good contact with the glass.

probablemente por que el integrado que ocupo no era el mismo y las terminales estaban alreves
só usa um transistor igbt?
Do you need to put thermal paste on the metal sensor? Mine keeps having error that it doesnt detect any metal cookware on top
That is not metal sensor, that is thermal sensor. That is why paste is there, to better conduct heat and have more precisely measurements.
