If anyone didn't know: In the game's stats, Gandhi was so peaceful that it bottomed out and looped back to the top through an issue with the coding. The devs kept it in as a joke.

I remember in Civ V I installed an "aggressive AI" mod. It was only supposed to slightly change the AI to make them a little more aggressive. It worked for the most part, except for Gandhi. It turned him into a warmongering psychopath. Who within the first ten or twenty turns began aggressively expanding his land, threatening anyone who settled to close, and declared war and launched nukes, and invaded his neighbors. So, whenever I see Gandhi in these games I think of him as a raving lunatic who wouldn't hesitate to star a nuclear war.

It's a glitch, as his value is -1 (right?) +1 = 0 - 0 has no value causing it to go to the max.
@@TNP- I thought it was a simpler underflow than that. where itzs set at the lowest value, and if you do anything to lower it further it maxes out. But i'd have to look into it.
It was simple if/else, something like this: If(0-100) { then you are peaceful} Else if(101-200) {then you are quite aggressive} Else {you are warmonger}. Since Gandhi got negative value, game picked last statement.
