@@kevintaylor9676 Brisas Hospital can treat you like a VA Hospital, because they bill VA directly instead of you. There are also VA clinics around Panama. I'm former military and I saw these answers on another video by Jackie.

Ontario has major problems with a loss of Doctors and Nurses. Many hospitals have closed emergency treatments nights and weekends. Waited 15 hours to be seen by a Doctor in emergency in Ottawa
