I love the narrative touch that Yugiri can never be found via photo since shes over 100 years old. But whats even more cool is that we, the viewers, know that there is a single shred of documentation of Yugiri and that is the photo of her and her 2 friends in the bar. That reporter just needed to look harder.
Yep. There’s probably a reference or something to her name as a Courtesan somewhere out there, like a folklore story of where she was a Courtesan. If he went into Jufuku’s bar and sees the picture then he’ll have the proof of Yugiri being a zombie.
And remember that her execution was underground, so, there is no documentation about her dead. Maybe for that reason is difficult to reach her information
@@AngelloDelNorte unfortunately that girl designed to look like Yamada Tae is not her. Most probably an ancestor but its not her. Yamada Tae's real backstory is in a spin-off manga called "Zombie Land Saga Gaiden"

Upon his arrival in Saga, he was apparently cursed by the magician who lived in that land, Anqi Sheng. Anqi also threatened to kill the emperor with death by throwing a meteor into the Yellow River in China and saying “The first emperor will die, and his lands will be divided”. Soon after, the emperor died of mercury poisoning, and China was divided again. Tae is the only zombie whose death is revealed in the manga, wherein she willingly fused with Magatsuhi, leading to both of their demise, The sealing process fuses the souls of Tae and Magatsuhi in the process, killing her immediately. maybe it the reason that tae's still not awaken or never.
Fun fact: she is a powerful business woman in her life (in a unique way might I aided). It’s explained a bit in Zombieland Saga Gaiden who she was and what was her occupation.
This is perhaps the only time in the anime where we get a glimpse of Yamadaes past. So this also confirms that she deceased sometimes in modern day japan.
Her story is pretty badass while also tragic. An evil spirit/demon killed her parents so she hunted it down fighting the demons she came across on her journey in melee combat. Eventually she put a stop to the demon at the cost of her own life and the way that happens explains why she hasn’t truly awakened in the anime.

Also if I recall correctly Tae was also in that time period when she ran over some guy yugiri knew in the past we got a clips of her.

this is incredibly specific and I love it
kinda sad to see sakura's picture looking so gloomy and depressed
She really was happier dead than she was alive
Her life was horrible. She tried so hard and failed everytime because of misfortune

Because she is depressed
Everyone else: 🧎♂️🧎♂️😁😁😁
Sakura: 😐
It’s been how long? Tae still hasn’t woken up and I really wanna see her past and know what she sounds like
There is a manga that focuses on Tae's backstory. Shes a demon Hunter with an office lady dayjob. "Zombieland Saga Gaiden"
She won't wake up anyway due to the circumstances of her death, shown in the spin-off manga.
@Olya290795 what happened

@@aquasalim2775 thank you so much
We got to see what Tae was when she was alive. Only a photo though.
She was an exorcist
Read Zombieland Saga Gaiden
She Demon hunter

Bruh and the only photo was her back 😂
Something tells me whoever Tae was and how she died might be the most surprising one of them all
Tae has a Manga "Zombieland Saga Gaiden" And it is the most surprising one.
