Officials says Virginia Beach apartment fire may have been accidental

Virginia Beach firefighters returned to Pheasant Run after neighbors saw smoke rising from a burned apartment building. We first brought you this story yesterday after 13 people lost their homes. Now, fire investigators believe a resident might have accidentally set the fire. Emily Harrison explains.
