- Many of us grew up with the hardcore, hyper-sexualized imagery in Batman Forever, and it scarred us for life. But my friend Kaylin wasn't so fortunate. So I convinced her to sit down and watch it for the first time! She had many questions. As a person revisiting this film, so did I.
What's the rent for Nicole Kidman's apartment? How much are Val Kilmer's lips insured for? Why did Jim Carrey's hair keep changing? Does Alfred have a fashion degree? And when will he and Robin hook up?

check out the version I found it's a fan edit of the film using deleted scenes, cuts out cheesy dialog (kept most of the Jim Carey scenes though) and dulls down the bright neon colors making it more Burton-esk and much darker. It's called Batman Forever: The Red Book Edition.

It had the most action of any Batman film. They showed Batman in 10 separate action scenes The goal of a movie is to entertain and it did entertain

Aside from how improveable the movie is, Val Kilmer is the best Batman as yet; Aloof yet empathetic, self-critical, handsome, agile and acrobátic (It was about time) his Batsuit is the sexiest ever...
Is the guy who goes "BATMAN! YEEAAH!* at the NygmaTech party also the bank security guard from the start of the film? They both seem to be annoying and shout needless statements.

@@Cinemelt email me I'll send you the url to watch/download it from my MEGA account onyxrebel2@gmail.com also an extended directors cut supposedly exists with 170 mins run time with the deleted scenes and WB might release it it's kind of up in the air but for now this fan edit is closer to Joel's vision than the theatrical release.
For my in case of the classic films of batman here's what I rather watch
Batman (1989) (my favorite superhero movie)
Batman mask of the phantasm (exactly what Batman returns should've been)
Batman forever (1995) (it is a fun ride)
And
Batman subzero (exactly what Batman & Robin (1997) should've been)

Batman Returns and Batman Forever have the same thing in common for me. They both had all the elements for a great movie including a great director but the stories and direction in both were weak
It never was a kids movie. It’s rated PG-13. All of the Batman films are PG-13.

This one will be even darker than the Red Book Edition rescorred with many of Danny Elfman's music lots of B89 and Returns footage + references used and some really rad details being added like blood and changing the look of Two-Face's design. This guy's going all out to make the film as Tim Burton-like as possible.
Really good film score by composer Elliot Goldenthal. Not the best "Batman" film, the next entry.. oh Zeus.

I hate Christian bale's Batman because he does not play Batman but a Guy Who wants to dresse Up as Batma, he is without lips, and because the cape is apart from The cowl when they both should be one piece.
