Nice playing! What head are you using on the beater side of the bass drum? How do you tune your bass drum. My Saturn toms sound amazing but I've been really struggling to get a good sound from the bass. I have a Gretsch kit that the kick drum sounds great regardless of how I tune it, whether I muffle it, etc. But my Saturn kit is perplexing me. It's all attack and high freq resonance with no mid range.
