They did this send up brilliantly. Serious message behind it but genius comedic timing here.
"Every one of you came out of a girl". Classic, funny and a wonderful send up of a vile song.
What skill - mocking a song that was ready for sending up, done in great humour whilst empowering women at the same time. Can only be good, so well done Goodness Gracious Me!
seconded!
@@agentx9963 bit late, but thirded! 😂
I miss this show, its still so good!
I remember having such a crush on Nina Wadia when I was a kid... And I just remembered why... #ooft #HNNG #unf
Mate, EVERYONE had a crush on Nina Wadia.
Nina Wadia is talented. So is Sanjeev, Kulvinder and Meera. In the song it was so funny when Meera slapped Kulvinder.
I still do... Gutted she was eliminated first from Strictly Come Dancing this year.
Dying with laughter here in Florida. Keep it going
Everytime I see 'Goodness Gracious Me' whenever repeated on TV and this sketch of this different version of the Robin Thicke song comes on, it always cracks me up laughing! The cast does a different but brilliant version of Blurred Lines! 😂😂
I miss this programme bring it back !!
better than the original
Yes would much rather hear this one than the Thicke/Williams original!
This is brilliant, taking the piss out of a song that degrades women. I love it
/dying with laughter/ perfection :')
Agreed :')
That was perfect. No other way to describe it lol.
The nun's habit and the burka. Brilliant.
This is brilliant! I hated the original version. Glad someone took it and make it even better.
Very underated
Good on the bbc for turning this song into one that gives women power instead of being misogynistic and woman degrading. The bbc always slip in very important messages into their shows and people are always influenced by them. They should bring this show back!
Very PC Gian !!!
Better than the original
When it's your maasi 😂😂😂😂
This is perfect... hilarious :) bring back the show
Had a mad crush on these two ladies growing up as a teen.
Amazing amazing!!
OMFG
THIS IS HILARIOUS
These guys were so ahead of their times
Excellent!
Brilliant!
Fabulous.
I remember watching the original show it was very funny. My favourite episode was the girls on a plane episode, I couldn't stop laughing after watching it
Totally Hilarious...!
I do like this. Robin thicko's video is sexist and has been described as "rapey," and this sends it up nicely. Hip-hop culture's objectifying of women has become accepted, like it would be racist or something to say the truth that they are inadequate misogynistic scum bags, so it's nice that an independently minded women like Meera Syal can just say there are no blurred lines, but in a nice way!
It's kinda racist to focus so much on hip-hop when misogyny in other genres is just as bad
Sam Shorto true but their are more out right stuff. It’s sad because I sometimes love the songs but what they say is so bad like always on time but there decline
I hate that every time I hear just a couple of beats of the original I can't get it out of my head; this is the perfect response to the talentless crap that inspired this masterpiece #death_to_bigotry
awesome.................
This is awesome. I have missed GGM!
Ya quality comedy!
JUST HYSTERICAL
I'm glad they put aside their beef for the show to reunite for one last time
DV M They had beef?
No beef, thats not 'Indian' lol
Had such a laugh watching this!
I started laughing as soon as I heard the falsettos
I miss these guys
Very well done! Vah vah vah! :-)
Goodness Gracious Me is so funny 😂😂. Chappal Stage was so funny.
8 years went fast
omg this too hilarious
Can anyone explain the plastic on the females in the video- is from Thicke's original video girls?
Banging. 🤕😄😅😆
Had to watch this again now thick robin is back in the news. Not only was the song horribly sexist but it was also plagiarised.
Watching this version is the perfect antidote to the original: so clever and funny.
Wish GGM would be back!
omg! i've been wondering where they've been!
also gotta love copyright hahaha
lol! Lovin it!
#auntieveena #stopthinkingwithyourdick
hahaha
What is that
Lol
🤣🤣🤣🤣
This was a beautiful show _(reminded me uncannily of a Muslim family I was friendly with when I lived in Yorkshire decades ago... spot on)_
Killed by the *PC mob* which ignores reality and humor.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😘
It would have been nice if they could bring back Amanda Holden for this reunion video...
Fawesome :D
They really didn't want to make this episode. It had nowhere near the originality or energy that the show had.
Need lyrics. Can't understand anything

Streatham Soprano Thats the guy
+Streatham Soprano no no no! Different guys same name!
no its the same guy check Wikipedia
Hilarity.
if they're taking a stand against misogyny then why does nina wadia look so sexy?
Only Indians will find this funny
not at all
Not true, I’m white and I love this
I'm pasty white -- verging on transparent -- and I think it's brilliant.
This is stupied they should take it down
Why would the BBC care what you think of it. It's damn hilarious, obviously you've never watched the show. I'm British Asian and this is the best thing I've seen in my life.
Well, you can't even spell 'stupid'... I don't think it's stupid (it's quite clever - unlike the misogynistic original). If you're looking for stupid videos on youtube I'm sure you can find literally thousands of them, but stupidity alone isn't a reason why they should be taken down. Videos with clear intentions of creating/enforcing hate or violence towards people (of any 'colour', nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation or whatever) or animals on the other hand should be IMHO.
I agree with Aminah, you've obviously never watched the show otherwise you wouldn't have watched the clip in the first place (if you didn't like the show) or you would find it hilarious!
I don't like the way, they portrayed a woman in Burkah and mocking a certain faith. So boo to whoever created this video. SHAME ON YOU 😡😡😡😡
Lol
Lol
