Mike, good luck with UPS. Im sure you guys will get it figured out. Thanks for the hours of entertainment. When i was younger, before a bunch of medical issues i lived the same way. Starting my day at 4:30 going til 10:00, seven days a week. Now i get to relax and watch you. Great memories. Thanks again from Shrewsbury Ma.
Apple AirTags are handy for keychains…simple to use and not expensive. Let’s you locate items easily. I have them on tractor, UTV and keys. Not full proof but it’s something.
UPS driver here we will take care of you! With your volume Id talk to an account rep and you can probably get a volume discount. Just keep the driveway cleared our trucks suck in the snow lol. Jan-Mar is also usually our slow season and when were hungry for volume. We do have a spike right now due to the Surepost issue with the post office but that shouldnt effect you getting a good deal
Happy New Year Mike this is Steve from South Florida I've been watching your videos for a number of years and I get a kick out of the weather changes up there compared to ours down here and all the stuff you do I see you're having a shipping problem I see that you just bought that new enclosed utility trailer maybe you could try this is just a suggestion try using that to take stuff to the Post Office cause it will take more than the Gladiator and your Blue roo.
MIke you'll have to find out what hunts your postmaster has scheduled next year. Schedule on a day when he'll be there-ha! I'd be curious about the cost difference in shipping between the two.
I've been looking at the Subaru Outback Wilderness for a new vehicle for me as a daily driver. Right now I'm daily driving a 2003 Jeep Liberty...love the Liberty for its 4WD system but want something new that I don't have to worry about repairs on....no issues with the Liberty yet, but we all know how expensive repairs can be. The Liberty I have has the Selec-Trac 4WD which gives you both full time 4WD and part time 4WD along with 2WD and low range, all I've used is full time and its done everything I need, so I think the AWD in the Subaru would work just fine for my needs and overall bad weather driving needs. I may look into getting a 2nd set of wheels when I get the new car so I can have snow tires put on it if need be. I know the feeling about setting stuff down and losing it....sometimes I don't find stuff for years though, and end up buying new.
UPS charges way too much and typically takes longer too. Same goes for FedEx...their rates are totally ridiculous, USPS is bad enough, but at least with the flat rate boxes you can typically get stuff shipped relatively quickly and not need to take out a 3rd mortgage.
@ I get that but you also get what you pay for . looks like their boxes might be bigger than the ones they have. All my wife’s cousins work for ups and hands down always go above and beyond for the customer
You are right about Subarus and snow. I have a 2016 Legacy and my wife has a 2019 Ascent. Previously she has had a 1998 Legacy wagon and a 2007 Tribeca. They are amazing snow machines. I would much rather drive my Legacy in the snow rather than my 2011 F250 diesel. No comparison.
I live on the Mississippi coast and the last time that we had any snow that stuck around for several days was March of 94. I wonder how much time and money you spent on removing snow before you can go somewhere or work? Have fun and stay safe!
Hi Mike. You have what appears to me a metal sign by your wood stove in the building that has your outdoors with the Morgan’s on it. May I ask where you got that. I would like to see about getting one for me that has my business logo on it. Thank you. Thank you for all the great content
Big Mike, Blowers gave me a great idea! What about your biggest boy leaf blower on the tractor! Great for the wood yard, I'd bet... Great Video , Happy New Year, and I can't wait for the 20th!!!!
My thought too. Just drive by the 'Blu Ru on the way and blow it off 🤣 Mike, I also like to sweep my front porch and ramp off before there are tracks in the snow,. SOmetimes it just can't be helped.
That is a lot of fire starter Omi I would have never guessed that much. It sure keeps you hoping. Have a great year Morgans wishing you the best of every thing from Indiana.
Costco also sells caskets. That is weird. I wonder how many people try them out in the store? Our weather here is snow and then freezing for the next three weeks also. All the best and take care.
Nice video today, I kept a smile all the way through. Glad the fob was found. That's crazy dealing w the P.O. I used to love driving in the snow, but not so much anymore. The skill needed today isn't knowing how the vehicle operates in snow, but the ability to doge and get around all the idiots stuck everywhere. Love the cloud chair. Stay warm, and thanks for today's video. ❤
Its not having to dodge around all the idiots who are stuck, but to dodge all the idiots coming at you from all directions who can't drive worth a damn in good weather let alone a tiny bit of snow/ice. Most of the time the first people in the ditches every time it snows here in Idaho are the ones in their lifted 4x4 pickups or their AWD crossovers, SUVs, etc. They still haven't figured out that the 4WD or AWD only gets them going quicker, it don't do much if anything to help them steer or stop, considering they can't drive worth a damn to begin with, so any additional driving skills to handle the 4WD or AWD isn't in their brains either.
Good morning Mike all the best for a great New Year to the Morgan’s from Australia. It’s going to be 105 degrees today where I live in Mount Evelyn Victoria
To reach stuff in the back of my truck or Suburban I have used a hoe for years. I do not know what it was designed for but it has no sharp corners. In recent years I have seen adds for a reach tool for pickups.
Good morning to the Morgan’s I love what you do and how you are making sure that your family comes first. Can you please let me know what butane torch you use for starting your fires. I have tried to find the link but unsuccessful. Thank you and happy new year
Hi Mike. No no to wd40 fir lubrication of locks. It's a degrease agent. Light machine oil after wd40.this is what my late dad always said .he was an engineer. I listened to his advice and 35 yrs as a carpenter running my business.he was so right. Hope this helps. Happy new year. Jason, boston, UK.

Good morning Mike, i haven't commented for a while but haven't missed a video yet. Love the videos that are all over the place. Thanx for all you do, keep it up
Someone needs to reach out to sheetz... Huntman would be a great message for them to share nation wide... also loved the back office Levi hard at work.. I admired the cleanliness and well organized shipping area.. well done Levi.. it is cold here today (NC) 23F at 8 am..stay safe my friends.. who really feel like family..
Happy new year Morgan. That snow looks pretty. I don’t miss it one bit. We’re expecting about 12 inches of sunshine here today and 72° in South Florida.
Enjoyed the video. Plans do change and when they change, you may have to hustle. Mike Morgan doesn't hesitate, neither does his son. Thanks for sharing & appreciate your lifestyle. Blessings and prayers for you and family in Jesus's Name ☝ 🙏 💪 🙌 ❤
Good morning! UPS seems to be the best in our area although I do like FedEx now takes a picture of the package when they deliver it and notifies you. Hope yall have a great weekend!
Do you recall where you got that pen torch lighter you are using to light the wood stove? I have one that’s broken but caint find a replacement . If I recall you recommend it and that’s how I found it to begin with.
From North Idaho, great find on the key fob!! Levi and the fire starter operation is impressive! Snow is almost over here, will turn to rain starting tomorrow. We are at about 2500' elevation and are considered in the valley areas, highest ski area is 6400'.
Good morning Morgan Family, what a wonderful day, and prayers you guys in 2025 have the very best year you have ever had.... Love Coffee with the Morgan's from SE Texas ❤💯🙏
I thought you had a nice new box trailer that you could haul a load of the fire starter boxes in, or is that in the process of being fitted out & therefore can’t pack parcels in?
hey just asking to get you to run so of your trail cams for us to see ,I have enjoy watching those too and more wood splitting . Its relaxing to watch.
Awesome find Mike, 🧨🎇🎉 you probably saved close to a couple Ben Franklin's while unloading that wood tote. As far as that bump on roof of tractor, they probably use same liner for every model, maybe one has some sort of control in it or a speaker etc. there. Just guessing though. I just bought some green treated lumber to replace deck on car trailer (14 ea. 2x6x20' = $371.35) I guess that's not outrageous ?, but after loading it up I kept thinking, man I wish I lived close to you, I'd get me a OWTM's millled oak or maybe cherry deck! But have no idea what your cost would be either? In IA, We don't have plenty of oak and cherry like you do in your neck of woods, and i don't even know of anyone that does sawmilling of logs. Thanks for your videos, enjoy them all!
re: snow covered logs. get some colored push pins and put them in one end of the log. designate one color for each species wood. spray paint would also work well
Hey Mike, if you have an Apple Iphone, get some airtags that you can put on keychains for your keys and probably put some on all of your equipment and cars, helps you track all of your stuff more effectively from your phone or tablet!
Good morning, Mike and Melissa I think i would bevtempted to load what you have leftbin the first bay of your wood drying shed into totes. Then fill that bay this time of years with fresh cut and split oak.

Side note : another wood cutting channel i watch the guy delivers his wood using a pickup truck...he has a system / liner on the floor of the bed of the truck that after loading his wood that when he gets to the delivery destination he cranks the wood out on that floating floor to the tailgate where its a lot manageable....
It looks like a data transfer antenna, is there anything directly on top of it on the outside? Maybe Kabota installed them to get performance data on their products.
Get a boat hook for the truck bed. Helps to get things up against the bed without crawling in there. When shipping small lightweight packages like you are, I have found UPS with ShipStation to be the best for me. Scheduled a daily pickup direct with UPS and they never complain about picking up...
Don’t know why bump is there . But my Equinox was part of a recall right after I bought it . I thought it was strange , cause if hit that bump it would make bump my head . LOL But it looks almost identical to one in my Equinox.
