One of, if not the best power wash YT channel out there. This is my 17th season owning a power wash company. When I started my biz, I befriended some of the most experienced contractors in the industry. I'm sure Mike would recognize some of the names/companies. There is so much erroneous information on you tube by "weekend warrior" power washers. Some of the info they out would result in damage. I.E - "professionals" cleaning vinyl siding with 4,000 PSI & a Roto nozzle. Nice to see someone putting out informative tips and techniques that work and are accurate! I've gleaned a few things myself by watching these videos. I never want to feel like I know it all..because I don't! Thanks for taking the time to produce these Mike. Good stuff man!
Once I get my other obligations paid I'm going to get your bundle. You're a smart dude Mike. I like the way you do business. I want to learn more about this. I already have a professional window cleaning company but I want to expand with soft washing and stuff. This removing oxidation from pvc is going to be a big upscale for me. It's actually a huge problem with cleaning windows with di water and brush because of bleeding off of frames and such.
Absolutely right about oxidation great video. Most important like Mike said show the customer the oxidation because they may think you left chem or soap on the siding because they aren't educated on oxidation.
I bought his six-figure marketing course! I have been So busy haven’t had time to completely go through all of it. But what I have gone through I have implemented and I personally feel like it’s helped! I’m buying is washing course next! I’ve only been in the industry for three years so I know there will be stuff in there for me to learn.
Great video. I have had only 1 house so far that was oxidized. Luckily they where going to repaint the house so I didn’t have to get the oxidation off. Just the mold !
great video I am just starting my pressure business and I am going to use the same metering valve you are using for example if you were using 3% Sh mix what number would you put the setting on? also what tip did you use on the wood deck?
Hey Mike, I’m looking into doing pressure washing here in Massachusetts but I’ve noticed most of houses have asphalt instead of concrete driveway. I’m a little nervous about if I’m going be able to get customers. Any thoughts will be much appreciated and thanks for all great videos bro.
I'm in Massachusetts and have a power washing business. There is plenty of work out there. House washing is the biggest bang for your buck around here. Only time i find myself washing concrete is around in ground pools. Most patios around here are block pavers, and that requires more attention. Charge more for those they're a pain in the ass.
@@AllAboutPressureWashing That's a bummer. We have lots of hardie plank and modern colored siding here in the NW.. lots of dark greys and blues. I've seen someone ruin the paint of dark blue hardie siding after gutter brightening.
Great video! How long does it take for the oxidization to reaper? When it does come back will you still see those pressure washer marks from before the oxidization treatment?
@@AllAboutPressureWashing -- Raymond Notario has a good video on it. You should give it a look. From his video it appears it works very well on oxidation.
I love using Cleansol BC for oxidation. Here in NC, a ton of people have oxidized vinyl. We just cleaned a home that had 1970 old white vinyl. It was an old farm style house. Never had to brush it. Completely soft washed it and came off. Oxidation ran right off. They wanted old siding cleaned the best possible way without having to get new vinyl.
So, you mentioned about scrubbing,,,, so you pre-rinse,,,, apply the de-greaser,,,, get the ladders out and start the scrubbing,,,, hmm, maybe I'll pass on the two-story homes,,,, Great vid though....
Jase N -- Go on ahead and take the chance of screwing up someone's home by not knowing what your doing. A small fee from someone who does know how to do it is a small price to pay to keep from really messing up someone's home.
I agree but you have to be willing to go through the trail and error of starting a new business where you are green. The premade products at Home Depot will not get you the results to keep customers. Obviously the I’m gonna wash your driveway is self explanatory but there is so much more to a profitable pressure washing business
So far the guys been pretty credible… I’d love his washing course, it kills me to spend money on things but it would prolly be way more beneficial than learning everything the hard way my self over time. I always say a smart man learns from his own mistakes a really smart man learns from others. Thanks for the content boss, learning a lot for free lol

Love to hear that!!

Very good job of quickly sumerizing the info

Another solid video! Thanks again Mike!! 👊🏻

Mike is it the same for aluminum siding? Is dynamite degreaser safe for windows?

Can I just mix this stuff with normal water as well or do I have to mix it with another chemical

It's important to read the instructions on whatever product you are using
The one thing I absolutely hate about oxidized vinyl is the tide marks it can create from leakers.

Thanks brother. Do you have a video on cleaning dark painted hardie siding?
I was paid by a Major paint company to take the videos down
@@AllAboutPressureWashing I sure hope Sherwin-Williams paid you awfully well to take down your videos.

Hey mike! I’m doing a bid here for 21 apartment buildings. The siding will run dirt if I rinse it. Is there a way to prevent that?

I appreciate the video
Mike have you ever tried Cleansol BC to remove oxidation?
I have not but I've heard good things about it

So u have to brush it in? What about a two story house?
What can yo use for aluminum siding to remove oxidation and marks left by tree limbs that discolored it as well
This helped a lot
WD 40 was only thing that worked for on oxidation, that did most plus steel wool and a vinyl renew product did the trick
Hi! Which vinyl renew product did you use, and how did it hold up so far? I have black shutters I'm trying to clean and protect.
Is this Jango fett or Boba fett? I always mix them up.
Just to be clear… you can still soft wash normally without having to remove oxidation?
Yes.
Ox Knox is here 😎
How do you get the chem to spray out pink?
Is called southern drawl
This is the way! ;)
What is down streaming
Injecting chemical downstream
Pedro Pascal is a soft wash pro

If you know what you’re doing and use ladders and high pressure vs these amateurs who soft wash from the ground, you can remove oxidation easily.
💀

Gotta do vid about hardy board
I have
You dont need a course for washing.
Why

Degreaser? That's a horrible idea! Plastic is petroleum based your telling people to breakdown integrity of material. Pull your video.
You're an idiot. Don't speak again.
The guy spends over half the video promoting his courses. Skip to 336 min

I upsell oxidation the minute I see it
