    My ADHD brain loves listening to the original ASMRtists, the Brits! British people speak in a delightfully soft tone that is so relaxing to hear.

    Frontal lobe, so does this explain why I have a constant dull ache on the top of my forehead, temple to temple ?
    I’m currently being referred to a doctor for a ADHD assessment. 39 YO
    I always thought it was ppl that just couldn’t sit still etc. I watched a video last week and I was like “wow, this explains my whole life”

      Still not been assessed. going to go private. hopefully some medication will help in some way. I'm starting to struggle now i'm getting older it's more noticeable. @@degreeskelvin3025
