The case is fine, looks decent. But i just hate how much empty space there is inside. I don't want super compact cases but i want them to look somewhat practical. This case just has too much empty space for me.

But you can use the space for a watercooling reservoir. It's not wasted IMO. What IS wasted space is when the PSU shroud spans the entire length of the case and yet still only has HDD mounts under it.

If I didn’t already have the original H7 Flow then I would love this case. Also, the deltas just don’t make it worthwhile since I just zip tied two fans to the PSU shroud anyway and my entire setup is all black with no RGB. Just used some spacers so they weren’t directly against the shroud so the fans could actually get fresh air to the GPU.

Tbh I prefer older version which I have. Old H7 Flow has amazing cooling performance and classic look.
Also about lower mounting radiator. Of course you can mount it,I don’t know why did you said you can’t. When you are doing custom waterloop, you install first 3x fans with longs screws from the bottom, even 30mm ones if you want if rad has some bigger points on the ends, and later other fans on upper side of the rad for push pull config. There are already videos on RUclips of this kind of configurations.
For standard build this case is just ugly and empty, and for me NZXT didn’t used fully potential of it. That’s why it’s the best for custom builders especially for custom water loops.

too much wasted empty space, Montech HS01 did it better ~

Do another dual system in one case build. A good use for these dual chamber cases.

i guess custom loopers can do a push pull thick rad at the empty bottom

The case looks okay but there’s so much empty space. Also the bottom gap is great for dust build up if you don’t clean properly.

This looks great but it really needs a GPU Mount. Can't even put a GPU bracket with the way it is.

Can't wait for the Lian Li Lancool 207. Real midi-tower with additional cooling for GPU (by moving the power supply to the front).

Will there be a review for the new H5 Flow?

Iver never used NZXT products but Im considering a mobo from them next time. All four major mobo manufacturers have let me down so I might as well try something new next. Yes I know they're mostly Asrock boards.

00:40: NZXT's design removes power supply shroud, enhancing GPU cooling and case airflow.
02:00: The H7 Flow features a sleek design but has confusing naming conventions.
04:30: Stock fans underperform; larger fans could improve airflow significantly.
06:50: Interior layout is well-organized, but lacks support for vertical GPU mounting.
09:00: Priced at $129, the H7 Flow offers aesthetic appeal but misses optimization opportunities.

Next step is to have the MB, PSU, and the case all together. No wires. Minus the gpu and any peripherals. Still interchange though

Thanks for the video! Seems like a cool 🥶case (see what I did there?). In my humble opinion, for the best price-to-performance airflow case, and without changing the stock fans, go with the Montech Air 903/Max. Can’t be beat. Keep up the great work guys! 🤙

Just rotate the MB, with SIM facing down. Two chambers. Just leave about 80mm for cabling from SIM. Solves about everything. Lets see if anyone is listening.

Honestly, I prefer a PSU shroud. I don't think they are ugly at all. This case is too tall to have the shroud omitted. It just looks really odd with all of that unused space down there. Not the case for me.

  • @strdstryr
    @strdstryr Месяц назад +1

Great concept but the execution falls flat. It’s huge and empty! So much opportunity to optimize that space or shrink it down without loosing the additional cooling capacity.
