- Phew, this one took way too long to come out. Promise you all won't have to wait much longer for the rest of the series!
It's time for a new adventure! After having trekked through many of these games time and time again, I wanted to have one final ultimate challenge in the vanilla mainline Pokemon franchise... Can I beat, every SINGLE Pokemon game in chronological order in a hardcore nuzlocke setting, and without reusing a single Pokemon in any other game? For instance, if I use Bulbasaur in Red version, I won't be able to use it in Blue, Yellow, Firered, or any other game. Come along on this journey with me and find the struggles, the cuts, the innovations, the strategies, and the potential laughs along the way.

Rules of the challenge:
Normal Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. Fainting = Death
2. Can only catch one Pokémon on each Route (Species Clause)
3. Nickname Pokémon
Hardcore Nuzlocke Ruleset:
4. No items in battle (held items okay)
5. No leveling past the next gym leader/E4 (at the START of the battle)
6. Play on "Set" battle mode

Wait if you are allowing (Alolan) forms doesnt that mean you couldve just evolved Dartrix since Hisuian Decidueye is a regional form and therefore a different Pokemon?
Meatball: Regional variants count as separate Pokemon.
For information sake in the last fight of Sun: High Horsepower is a Ground type move, not fighting, so Miltank should have been relatively fine.

I dunno I feel like a lot of those lost team members were due to obsessive set-up at all costs, and the AI is just slightly smart enough to shit on unga bunga set-up in the Alola games. I think use of status effects and other tricks would've resulted in a lot less losses, but what do I know?
I believe you technically did not use Lampent since you evolved it straight into Chandelure. That one could be useful still with its typing. Also, like others mentioned, it is still not quite clear how you are counting regional variants, since you did not use Decidueye to use the Hisuian form instead, but you did use Alolan Meowth and Persian. If you continue to count regional variants separately, it would be neat if you could add them to the tracker.
I cannot express how hard I jumped in my chair at the John Cena jumpscare, every muscle tensed and I ascended out of my seat that was amazing.
Respect for using Oricorio in one of the E4 runs. Love that little bird.

Surprised you didn’t save Popplio for the ultra games… Primarina + Hawlucha can effectively solo Ultra Moon, a game that is widely considered one of the hardest in the series.

Love the Alola games so much, but they are so freaking long and incredibly hard to nuzlocke
If you’re counting the Alolan forms as separate Pokémon then why aren’t you doing the same for Hisuaian Decidueye?
Gotta say, I'm a big fan of the Franchiselocke as an idea and I love all of your videos overall, but I'm not sure I can keep up with just this much casual hate for the Alola games, granted, the first two are probably not the strongest, but USUM are my second favorite game and it gets a little tiring to hear the same things over and over again.
ChaoticMeatball running into the same problem I am: you want to replay all the Pokemon games, but to do so, you have to play ALL the Pokemon games.
