    Unlocking fry on the toilet 😂 bro youre way too good at explaining this stuff. Everything you said i was relating in my experience. When you said send it, i sent it. Felt so much more open and not choked

    I found your videos a few weeks back and I have to say, your instructions are clear and relatable. I’ve been a drummer all my life and always wanted to scream/growl but every attempt to learn was met with pain and the thought that I could never do that, it’s just a dream. Thank you man, you don’t know it but you have helped me unlock a new potential in myself.

    Im not a singer in any way just stumbled acorss your shorts. Just wanted to say that the way you incorporate the insturctions i to what youre doing live and on the spot and make it all go so seanless is a teatament to the mastery kof your craft and i just love seeing people excell at what they obviously love and have a deep passion for.

    I used to be able to scream pretty decently in my late teens/early 20’s. Pretty sure it was a fry scream. But I haven’t done it in like 10 years but now I’m getting back into making music and I can’t do it anymore! I practice here and there but I just don’t seem to be making any progress. It’s weird because I feel like I still have the muscle memory and remember how I did it but it just ain’t happening anymore. I feel like I need direction and a routine to follow because not making any progress is really discouraging me to keep trying. Think I’m gonna check out your programs!

    From someone who reeeeeaaally does not, at all, enjoy the sound of this genre… I just have to say you just blew my mind dude. That was a really cool explanation of a concept I’ve never been curious about, to the point where I might actually give a listen to some of the songs my brother has sent me 😂 awesome video

    I find both what u can do with ur voice and what beatboxers can do facilitating. Both require such a beautiful control of a set if muscles most of us do unconsciously. The practice u have done and continue to do insires

      There might be tension hiding somewhere that’s unknowingly getting in your way! That’s incredibly common and sometimes all it takes is getting out of your head (easier said than done)

    • @JelenaDobricPersona
      @JelenaDobricPersona 5 месяцев назад

      Thanks so much for the reply! Yeah , tension might be it, I just still can't figure out what to change exactly 🙈 In general I have a pretty good control when it comes to vocal technique (clean) and my false chord scream also works well. But my vocal fry might not be as stable as it should be for this to work. I always sound like a grandma xD Should I work on stabilizing the vocal fry in my higher register (break/head voice) or can I also do it in my middle register? I feel like I have more power there. Thank you! 🙏

    some of your videos are great- but i gotta say- teaching beginners to try to project vocal fry into a fry scream- which has nothing to do with vocal fry, is a good way to for a beginner to get confused and do a unhealthy “vocal fry scream” (basically grinding the true cords). that unhealthy technique will ruin any vocal cords especially a beginners. i think you should use vocal fry less in your examples as its NOT a scream and will create confusion, and possibly damage peoples voices. instead stay focused on how to correctly activate arytenoids and false cords. professionals can use vocal fry very carefully at soft volumes but this sound should never be projected or taught as something that can be projected. food for thought.
