@@Jerry-hc7yx You must have been an idiot, but on a Snapdragon processor it's always better to have root permissions etc., because Android is an open system and you can do whatever you want with it, and on Mediatek you can't
Does it have cellular support though? The s8 and s9 ultra tablets did not have cellular support.
