@@TheCamSays exactly I’ve been saying this for years. From SummerSlam 2013 to WrestleMania 30 was probably the only time that The Authority was actually tolerable. As time went on, I just grew annoyed of them because everything with them was just so felt so tired. From the repetitive promos and the lack of comeuppance that they received(especially Stephanie McMahon). For me it was kind of like Triple H‘s reign of terror on steroids.

The only time that they were ever interesting was from SummerSlam 2013 to WrestleMania 30. The problem with The Authority is the fact that it overstayed its welcome considering the fact that they lasted for 3 pissing years. It was always so frustrating the way they would open Raw the same way with their repetitive promos and the lack of comeuppance that they received and always gaining the upper hand while doing belittling the wrestlers (especially Stephanie McMahon who was probably the worst part about The Authority). I feel like they should’ve ended after Survivor Series 2014 because everything with them just got so redundant and felt so tiresome.

+ Crazy good Mania 31 from start to finish, capped off by the best MITB cash-in of all time (not even one bad match in the card, everything was just entertaining)
+ Rollins' first run as World Champion (and arguably his best title reign)
+ Cena's legendary US title run, full of incredible bouts and interesting match-ups through out (Cena/Owens trilogy was so good and memorable)
+ An absolute war between The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar
+ Dean Ambrose, Cesaro, Neville, Ziggler were over as rovers
+ Roman Reigns vs Bray Wyatt = underrated gem (especially their captivating, crazy fun, full of carnage HITC match)

Modern WWE fans just don’t have the passion the WWE Universe used to have. You can hear it on TV and you can hear it on PPV. The audience just isn’t as engaged and invested in the matches anymore. Why are AEW crowds so great and loud? Because they genuinely care about the talent and what’s going on and they want to be a major part of each and every show. WWE just hasn’t had that on a consistent basis since 2017/2018 I’d say

During 2015 his character work was really impressive (Yes there were some goofy segments..but we can blame that on Vince). Whenever they wanted audience to cheer for Reigns..they always paired him back with Ambrose cuz back then he was the guy. Pick any video from 2015-2016 ..the guy was basically the biggest Babyface.. it's a shame they missed out on a lot of stuff with him which ultimately led to him leaving the company...but he did his best work during 2014-2016.

2015 was a solid year with so much good stuff in it.
If you compare today's wrestling scene today to 2015 its in many ways laughable as how many fans have left in that time weekly at least 2 million I believe.
I'm partial to class stuff but if today's wrestling had more of the 2015 vibe with a little less of other nonsense we see now then maybe wrestling could still be able to generate 3 million viewers a week for a top show and have folks buzzing more often than just at WrestleMania or SummerSlam

Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns 2015 rivalry is truly underated. They both have a great chemistry and they did delivered great matches back to back.

Damn. I stopped watching at wrestlemania 30 in 2014 after the streak ended.
It wasn’t until a friend bought it up and I’ve been a loophole trying to figure out what’s been going on since then

2015 was a really bad year for WWE. Although it had its moments like WrestleMania 31, John Cena’s remarkable US Open Challenge, the rise of NXT and New Day were at the most entertaining during this time. Everything else was crap and here’s why…
    - Year 1 of the Roman Reigns experiment (which would go on for 3 pissing years)
    - The Authority overstayed their welcome
    - Making Sting look like a complete joke
    - The disastrous Royal Rumble debacle
    - A spree of wrestlers getting injured
    - The Divas Revolution
    - Seth Rollins’ WWE title reign
    - The Dolph Ziggler/Lana/Rusev/Summer Rae storyline
    - Exploiting Reid Flair’s death

I agree with you. As of Seth Rollins title reign, I don't think it was bad, it was just mid.

i think 2015 was the only year in which i watched every single raw, smackdown, and pay per view. This year had one of the best manias and summerslams in history.
I love how Vince made you think they were done with romans push only to push him to the title again by the end of the year. They tried to make him the underdog like stone cold and you could tell how desperate it was.
Other than that, this was an awesome year cause it was the year that solidified Rollins as one the best who would carry the company on his back for the next 5 years.
This year had several episodes of Raw which would get very stale, especially the repetitiveness of the authority, but it would always pay off at the pay per view.

I completely stopped watching WWE full time in 2010. But I say the best years for wrestling in the 2010s were 2011, 2015, and 2016. I started watching wrestling again in those years but then stopped whenever it got bad again. Looking back 2013 was solid to. Then from 2016-2019 I was watching NXT full time but then IMHO NXT fell apart when it became apart of the main roster and started competing with AEW. I did watch AEW from time to time but didn’t start watching it full time until 2021 but then when Cody left and Tony Khan started becoming clueless I drifted away from AEW. As of today with WWE I can tell it’s gotten a lot better ever since Vince retired but I just don’t get the same feeling about todays WWE like I do with the old school days but do occasionally watch the PPVs depending on the matches. That’s pretty much been my relationship with WWE for a long time now.

When he said “An amazing mania” I think he meant the “last good Wrestlemania”. WM 38 was good but 31 was more fun and exciting. Also they had the same 2 wrestlers in the Main event at 31 and 38. And the Match they had at 31 was better. I love WWE I just wish they would do better.
