I've been asked to desist in flying my Baudis Banana at Dodman point by the NT warden (good few years ago now. 20+) Told me it wasn't allowed because of nesting birds.

The same thing has happened at St Agnes. But it isn’t the NT who have brought this ruling in, it’s Natural Resources England who put pressure on the NT to stop allowing model flying & paragliding on their Cornish sites.
The fact that nesting birds are more likely to be disturbed by walkers and dogs off leads is irrelevant. More fun policing in operation 😤

@Interdimensional Aircraft Thank you for your comments, but you've missed the point. As to your last two words of abuse, as we say down here in Kernow, you are a complete omgyjyer.

I presume you got all National Trust permissions to fly here and agreed a specific license with them for Dodman Point? Are you a member of the National Trust in England? From what you say in your video this is unclear. The inference from you comments on the parking charges is that you are not a member of the National Trust in England are you are encouraging others to park in the National Trust car park without paying the £2.50 charge as you have put out in your video that in your opinion no one monitors who is parking there.
I look forward to your reply to these questions and hopefully you will respond as you have put out all of this in public domain, inclusive of your mode of transport.

I am not a member of the national trust, and don’t need to be to use their car park or their land, and yes I did put my money into the box but I witnessed others arriving and leaving without paying. These were not model fliers btw. I have flown at trust sites many times, particularly at St Agnes and Rhossili, which is a very popular spot for paragliders also, and the trust are fine with model fliers and paragliders using their land, provided that the model isn’t used with a motor. Many other model fliers fly at Dodman, including one particular guy who has a RUclips channel with many more subscribers than me.
