Just what I was looking for. My son in law's spoiler was rattling and getting very loose. I discovered two of the 4 10mm nuts were missing, but later found them in the spare tire well. I put them back up where they belong and snugged everything up. Now it's nice and solid. Thanks! It was key to watch this and know what is bolted and what is clipped. Much appreciated! For anyone looking at theirs who finds those 10mm nuts missing, look in your spare tire well. There's a good chance you'll find them there.

Shop down the road just quoted me 200$ to fix this. I literally was just missing 1 of those 10mm nuts. Thank you so much!

Yes, that is it. 4 bolts (10mm) and 5 clips. Thanks!

2:07 That looked like way less effort than we had to put in. Ours was super stuck, took about 20 strong pulls and bangs to get it unclipped!
Be rough and keep heaving it until it comes out.

I'm trying to watch the other video on how to remove the 3rd brake light in the back but I can't find it. Does anyone know where it is. Thanks

What did you use to take the screws off because my 10mm doesn’t fit all the way because of the thin pipe sticking out where the bolt is on

@2:40 what is that black piece in the middle? I'm planning on installing a Speed3 spoiler, curious if it's an optional connector for the external third brake light.

Mazda Chemist yes I’m planning on doing that too. Very little info online for installing the MPS spoiler on the regular Sport model. I’m hoping they are interchangeable. If you’ve done it already some info would be great.

@@7homas0wen so, did you do it or at least know if a mazdaspeed 3 spoiler fits on a regular one? Im planning to do the same thing but not sure if it will fit in it tho.

Ray Mejia they’re interchangeable. Will need to drill a hole for the 3rd break light and some foam tape to stop it rattling. Goes straight on otherwise. Still looking for one in white so I don’t have to get it painted. Not easy to come buy.

@@7homas0wen Ok, thanks, my car is white as well. But im deciding between the sport spoiler or the mazdaspeed one. I have the regular one.

Ray Mejia I also have the regular one. The sport in Australia gets the regular spoiler as well. Only the MPS gets a different spoiler.

I dont know if its just cause my spoiler hasnt been moved in 10-11 years but its not unclipping that easy

Was it just super stiff? Mines doing the same and I’m scared to apply more pressure

Mine is also not unclipping easily, its very stuck. Hoping that it won't break... I am pulling on it very hard.
