It was SO GOOD! I am so mad that we don't get Kang. Regardless of what happened, I just loved He Who Remains and Victor Timely and Kang. Phenomenal acting.
I found Loki to be one of the most captivating shows in the MCU - right up there with Guardians of the Galaxy. I love the chemistry between Tom and Owen - one of the best parts of the show!

Yes yes yes! Probably the best season of any D+ show. You are going to love this season! Marvel worked with McDonalds to make that set accurate to 1982.
I love that they let you know if we're in the Sacred Timeline (Mainline MCU) or a Branched Timeline. For example we travel to 1977 within the Scared Timeline to see that Brad Wolfe was suddenly replaced by his Variant Hunter X-05 who just took up the role he was meant to play. But both Brad Wolfe and the film Zanac! exist within the mainline MCU. While Sylvie makes a branched timeline her home.

Season 2 Loki is my absolute favorite MCU show without a doubt. It's so nice to see your love and enthusiasm for Loki and the series. Great reaction, can't wait to rewatch the rest with you. I've only seen it about ten times. Lol.👍Didn't see a McDs ad campaign here in the States. Lost opportunity.
Great show, possibly the best of the MCU. (BTW, while McDonalds had been around for decades, they only introduced the McNuggets in 1981, a few months before the scene with Sylvie).
What some people who watched this haven’t realized is that it’s true that He Who Remains was controlling the existence of his other versions but he was also controlling the existence of the missing Marvel characters. What is meant by missing characters is the characters from the other movies that were made by Fox and Sony and any other movies that weren’t originally in the MCU. Allowing the time line to branch will restore those missing characters. We know that the main reason why He Who Remains is pruning the branches but he was also pruning them to keep the missing characters out of the MCU for the same reason. These characters would be able to stop He Who Remains in some way.
So looking forward to these loki and daredevil reactions. Best marvel shows ever! Loki has been one of my favourite characters from the start! This season was amazing!!!! You guys are the best, i love your reactions! ❤
I don't know if anyone else mentioned it, but, O.B. (yeah, I'm not going to try to spell it) was also Short Round, the kid in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.
This show and its both seasons is in my top 3 of all of MCU, so good that I didn’t even mind the blatant McD ad. And with how little it’s talked about, it qualifies for: underrated gem.
One thing I haven't seen brought up in reactions is how time travel is different in the tva vs. a normal mcu timeline. The tva cannot branch like a normal timeline. When you change things in the normal mcu, it creates a branch. Therefore, the past does not affect the future. The reason it does affect the future in the tva is because it can't branch and is one static "timeline."
I feel like this show is *essential* viewing for people who follows the MCU. It establishes so much about the whole Marvel universe that I feel like people who watches just the movies are missing out on key details that could make them feel lost a bit. Like how people felt it jarring to see the Scarlet Witch turn really bad all of a sudden. Imagine seeing Mobius in Secret Wars and half of the people in the theatres are cheering and half would be like oh shit it's Owen Wilson, _waaahhww_
I played the crap out of Loom, and many other VGA games like Kings Quest, Space Quest, and Monkey Island. Those were the days. Do you ever revisit them, Rob? I occasionally still play them to this day. Great reaction, you two! I can't wait for more of Loki Season 2! ❤️

Rob, I remember Loom on my Commodore Amiga. I had not thought of that in a long time. It's funny how I can remember playing really great games on that pc, but every document I printed on the dot matrix printer I used with it always had the top and bottom page margins/page break occuring in the middle of the page. It was a nice step up from monochromatic gaming, though. Anyhow, truly enjoying you and Trin with these reactions.

Pruning timelines is wrong. 46:40 heartbreaking theory of mine: Sylvies timeline did get pruned, she is sitting there in a memory, something like the time loop torture from the first season.
Broxton, Oklahoma, where Sylvie ended up in the end credit scene in episode 1, and where they went to see her in episode 2, is from the comics, it’s actually where Thor put Asgard after Ragnarok. A few important comic events happen while there. As someone who didn't care much for Loki season 1, I loved season 2, it was so much better in my opinion, and I look forward to watching you react to the rest of the season.

During the premier of the season. mc Donald's converted one of their Brooklyn Neq York locations to the exact 1982 style, for a period of time. I think it was full operation. Wish I would've gone over but it was a little out of my way. I'm sure if you do some research , you could dig up more info than I'm posting here.
Their actually is a Marvel character named Morbius. Morbius the Living Vampire. A Spider-Man villain who did get his own Sony solo movie starring Jared Leto as Morbius. Sadly it did a little better than Madame Web which was a complete flop. 😅 McDonald's first introduced chicken mcnuggets in 1983 but the technology to make them began in the 70's. Wandavision and Loki made it seem like the Disney+ MCU shows were going to be SUPER GOLD. But none of the rest of them hit the same way. I think it was the actors charisma and presence that made these shows better than the others.

I sometimes feel the Loki series are a little overrated, because people like the character of Loki, so just like everything the character is in. I'm not a huge fan of the Loki character, so I'm more objective about the show. I found the first season a little self-indulgent, but he had a strong finish. The second season was better, although it did seem like a big budget version of Dr Who, starring Loki. But I found the end one big anti-climax. I think the Multiverse saga has not been as organised or plotted out as well as the previous saga with an overarching storyline. Meaning the movies and shows don't seem as linked together. I feel the Multiverse saga hasn't been as ambitious enough. When it goes big like with No Way Home and Deadpool 3, it hits big, but when isn't ambitious like Dr Strange 2 and this show I feel it falls flat.
Tough opinion, you're definitely in the minority. Most people have great things to say about this show. I'm not a huge fan of Loki but I think the Loki series is one of the best things MCU have ever done.

Time works different in the TVA, just keep that in mind, the you cant change your past bit in the multiverse does NOT apply here.
I consider Loki to be one of the high points of Disney+ part of the MCU.

The end of this show was the sunset to my MCU fandom. Literally can't think of a better ending for my last favorite OG character.
