I'm an old southpaw, but I have to say this is tremendous stuff. Agree with a number of the comments below. And having come initially from rugby, the side step is a revelation. My favorite and imo safest method is the last technique, if im sparring/fighting someone super aggresive and comes forward constantly. Close the distance or meet your opponent halfway, and smother your opponents punches. If you time it right your shoulder should already be on your opponets hip before he even gets the 2nd jab off. Mayweather Jr spammed it all night against very good fighters and its never failed him, he manages to completely neutralize great boxers with this technique.
