My trick for everything is Slushi setting/ turn down to 1! It automatically sets to the 3rd bar so you have to manually turn down to 1st bar and leave it for at least 15 minutes then turn it up to the 2nd bar and wait 15 more minutes, and so on until you get the correct consistency. I learned the barrel gets cold fast and its fine if you increase the bars slowly.
Great video, so I guess based on ratios you could do 3 Coke Zeros and 2 regular Cokes to hit sugar threshold but also reduce sugar intake.
Someone on reddit on r/ninjaslushi got a zero-sugar coke to work. They said this: 2 cans Coke Zero. ~1/4 cup Splenda allulose, ~1/4 cup monk fruit with erythritol. Slushie setting. Could probably up the coldness one bar to improve. Could probably dial back the amount I used. No sugar alternative caused the Coke Zero to just freeze on the evaporator.
I would imagine that would come out sickeningly sweet. The drink is already at the correct sweetness level so you can add sugar alcohols to make diet soda freeze but all the sweeteners you are adding are IN ADDITION to the sweetener already in the cola.
I wonder if it'd work if you added 8g of allulose (since it's so close to sugar) per 8oz

A 12oz can Coke Zero + 1 Tablespoon liquid allulose = a delicious slushy. It actually works. (Idk if it matters but I used RxSugar brand liquid allulose.)
I have heard that some zero calorie sweeteners might make a slushy. On the Ninja website I saw a video that said Allulose could work. someone should try that. Also has anyone tried a stevia based pop like whole food markets 365 Zero Calorie Cola, or Zevia. Never heard anyone say that would work but since it's natural I'm still curious.

yes for sure, its been a big struggle for me, at first I was going to work with Ninja and be sponsored but at the last minute I backed out and want to buy it for myself, I am just trying to figure this thing out of free or buy it myself. I will be able to get it with next months budget for sure!!! It looks amazing from what I am seeing and I wish I had mine now!!

@@JustADad I just purchased mine and the speedi… decided to take the plunge before it goes out of stock and become hard to get like the creami… Mine will probably take 2 weeks to get here (overseas) but I’m excited to try it and see reviews of others until it arrives

@@moniquetrevino it states right in the directions/manual that it has to have sugar in the liquid in order to work and if it gives a high alcohol reading they give you ways to dilute that so it will do it's job
@@moniquetrevino the reason is you need a minimum of like 5% sugar (alcohol is also sugar), ideally more like 10-15% for the correct freezing consistancy. Too much or too little and it won't set right, won't freeze, too icy etc. You can see in this video that it clearly does not work and it's in the directions multiple times there HAS to be sugar/alcohol in the mix.

@@knarf9335 Sorry, the understanding behind sugar is quite different from caffeine. Right now, caffeine is still considered bad when consumed in large quantities.
@@knarf9335most things are safe in moderation - including coffee and sugar. The problem is that we overconsume such items, causing things like a diabetes and obesity pandemic, etc. I drink a lot of coffee, but I’m one of those silly people that drinks it black and hot, no additives. And even then, I still know that too much is too much.
So based on the contents of your fridge, I assume you are a type 2 diabetic😮
