wtf is wrong with people ? if a band is doing more clean vocals than screams that doesn't mean they r generic or mainstream that means they r singing clean vocals . for me they r still metal as they could be after adding unclean vocals on same riffs !!
It's nice to see Phil playing more lead stuff although it's weird seeing Nick not playing them. And I know Phil played a bit of the leads in As I Lay Dying.

well the drummer shares ownership of aild with tim so i wouldnt rule it out entirely ....the voice is what really carried the band just look at views between bands this new adulterated version has less followers so i think aild in 2020 could be plausible even without nick plus phil recently departed this band so it says alot from the history
Maybe just maybe .... since majority members from WW are from AILD they can re-make or re-master the WovenWar songs. Just saying both are really bad ass. DO IT

Nathaniel King I saw then live, and josh is the lead singer just in this song. But shane plays guitar in every song and in some parts there are harmonies from nick and phil. imo, its necessary.

DUde! All it did was give the opportunity for dual harmony guitar parts while still having the rhythm. Plus they all sing, this is badass. By the way this singer fits well in with the band. It's good music, I as a musicians appreciate others that put their hearts and dedication into writing like this.
