I’m gonna say this in the least controversial way as a girl but when a guy has a deeper voice, yea women take him more seriously. It’s almost like the deeper the voice, the more you gain our undivided attention. The voice is such an underrated part of someone (even for women I imagine) but yea I def see the value in this. Even from a guy to a guy, having a deeper voice will instantly make u feel more dominant over the other.

A few tips on making your voice more attractive
    - Breath through your diaphragm. When most people breathe, their shoulders bob up and down. Stop moving your shoulders. and breathe only through your stomach. This gives you a more loud and captivating voice without straining your throat to do so.
    - Be calm and relax as best as you can. Ever noticed how, when you wake up, your voice is at its deepest? It's because you're relaxed. The more relaxed you are, the deeper voice you'll have. Breathing through your diaphragm makes you relax easier, and so does meditation.
    - Drink plenty of water. The larger your vocal chords are, the deeper your voice is, and keeping your vocal chords hydrated will allow them to be as big as your genes will allow them to.
-Train your neck. Training your neck muscles provides support to your vocal chords and allows your voice have a lower and more powerful tone.
-Know what you say before you say it. Thinking about what you say and being confident in your words makes your voice inherently more attractive because when we talk while we're uncertain, we tend to suppress our voice, while when voicing something with complete confidence, it will allow you to sound more confident.
    - Make sure your voice stays smooth, clear, and monotone. Changing your tone excessively makes you sound less confident and less attractive. Pick a tone and stay with it.

you cant control your diaphragm, it moves involuntarily when you breath. there are definitely muscles that singers train in that area to help breath control, but reading about them is easy while understanding what they feel like is not. also, do not try to train your voice by going so low that it becomes croaky because that is one of the worst things you can do to your voice. from a singer, here are some things I do that really help with increasing my range up and down:
scales of a few notes up and down focusing on using lots of steady breath with burst supplied at the top of the scale. go up in semitones and as it gets higher try not to use your throat and instead increase resonance and loosen your jaw. if you're sick of scales try doing arpeggios, or if you dont do music then just do a short siren up and down.
doing 'puffy cheeks': basically humming in a natural range but with lots of pressure built up in the mouth so that the cheeks are constantly puffed out. this has the same effect as humming through a straw into a drink which is known to help with breathing.
if you are talking and feel like you're using your neck is tiring and getting tight, swallow. this lowers the larynx to a more relaxed position. try reading a chapter of a book to yourself and keep the larynx low, with the resonance and breath control of a singer.

This channel is what young men need the most right now and I thank you a lot because otherwise right now I would be playing League Of Legends not even enjoying it and continuing to be a low testosterone low self esteem and no confidence boy, not a man .

    • @jackcranmer4904
      @jackcranmer4904 2 года назад

@LikoHVM The essentials was that you should speak through your diaphragm and with your chest, good posture and head tilted a little bit upwards. Try keep your eyes on the audience so your voice goes in that direction and make sure you really have good slow deep breaths in general to get the most out of your speech. and obviously to talk a bit slower when publicly speaking and to emphasise words when needed.

I remember in college I met this guy in my class and we introduced ourselves. Realising that we both had a deep voice we unknowingly got into this deep voice-off where we both were trying to one-up the other by speaking in a deeper voice. In a shortwhile I realised that a lot of students in our class especially girls were just standing there listening to our conversation. Even in presentations when I spoke everyone who wasn't paying attention immediately looked right at me. Made me uncomfortable for a while, but eventually I embraced it and realised I've got a gift.

For everyone who's really going thorugh this progress: WATCH OUT!
I found out to have a really low voice, I also got a lot of reactions from that. I then also tried to get it lower, which actually worked. Of course it also get's lower as you age naturally, but you can train it in that direction aswell, so your muscles get stronger (can't change your vocal folds with exercising of course). When I then also discovered the singing world, I practised even more.
    Here comes the dangerous part:
When you're trying to get it lower, it is not natural. Everything that is not natural, needs a lot of help from your muscles and so on... I unfortunately did it wayyy to much and couldn't speak a single word for 1 entire year. I'm still in the progress of regenerating after several months of working with doctors.
So: go ahead, do it, but don't try to rush the progress and damage your voice!

I gotta say that's one huge thing I've noticed in my life. In a crowded room where multiple conversations are going on and I feel like I have to talk louder to be heard or I just am talking louder with a higher pitched voice naturally, less people listen to me than when I'm talking in my natural, much deeper voice when I'm just chill, even in a loud room people will stop talking to try and hear me out vs when I'm trying to yell to get their attention and it's such a weird position to be in because when I am passionate or excited to talk about the topic at hand I end up talking in that louder high pitched voice for some reason but I've had to consciously make the decision to just stay calm and I've noticed I've been able to contribute more to conversations.

I’ve always had a deep voice just naturally, I don’t know if it’s just naturally higher test or just by chance and genetics but I’ve always been extremely hairy even at a younger age, by 15/16 I had a FULL chest of hair and a year or 2 later I once grew out a mountain man beard. I’m not the tallest guy ever but I was always on the taller side of my peers- I stand basically 6 foot flat. While I still had a good bit of fat to lose I’ve been working out hard and dieting and training to fight so I’m losing it pretty quick and getting a bit of newbie gains even on a cut. I was born a big ass baby and grew up with naturally wide shoulders and broad chest, actually working out has shown me my potential among with so much more. It can get hard at times and there are rough patches especially when you struggle with several mental illnesses- but I never give up and always do my best to keep pushing and overcome. Thank you hamza for being an inspiration to me and so many more out there. Keep your heads up kings and keep pushing, grinding, working, and practicing. We will get there.

Yeah I had this issue growing up. When I was like 14 or 15 I still had a high pitch voice and really hated that. I remember with any time I will talk to somebody over the phone they would think I was a girl, and I really really really hated that. It’s not until I had A older guy come into my life and he was like a big brother to me and he literally taught me to use the back of my throat and talk more with a deep voice. And I kept doing this for months until it eventually became the way I talk naturally and now I don’t have that problem. Good video Hamza although I don’t usually agree with anything you have to say but good video.

Then I focused on the lower voice and over time I noticed that the limits of my low voice started to go even lower. Now I'm 19 and I'm happy with my voice, but mostly at home because outside the social anxiety kicksin and it's getting higher. I also noticed that as I fap daily, it got weaker and higher.

This masculinity arguement, I can confirm it. My current girlfriend said and the exact words are " I love how masculine you are, it makes me feel so safe".
These toxic feminist make women feel like they shouldn't find 'masculinity' attractive but they don't realize that they are hardwired to find masculine men attractive.
Women will walk all over you if they are more masculine than you are. You have to be more masculine than your woman. Workout, work on your career and do whatever it takes to become a better man.

When he calls me, he's not asking me how am I in school etc . and did not even congratulate me in my high school graduation yesterday. Sure, I am grateful that he provided me and my money to buy our needs and have a good life but overall, I think of him as a financer rather than a father to me. He is an unsympathetic person and even argues my mom all the time. But you Hamza, you're more like my real father to me. You taught me lots of things and guided me to become a better man. I can say that I have some experience with this. I’ve been singing for about four years, and have had mostly classical teachers. A relaxed voice sounds deeper, so if you relax your jaw and open up your throat like you are yawning, you will have a deeper voice. I have found that tension in these areas can come from anxiety and withheld aggression. You can use exercises like journaling, working out, breathwork or meditation to help release this tension.

I grew up with a loving father (and a loving mother, but that's beside the point) and my parents made me the loving, caring guy I am today. But they didn't set me up to become a man.
I was sheltered and never let off the leash and when my parents couldn't protect me anymore, I naturally gravitated towards all the stuff I couldn't explore earlier. Found the wrong "friends", would hardly come to school sober. When I eventually dropped out, I spent a couple years depressed, constantly drinking home alone. At this point my entire life had been about finding love and I never did, and I felt like school was the last chance to find a good girl and I missed it. Went from scummy pickup artist to scummy pickup artist, went to Tinder and got even more depressed. Eventually Jordan Peterson dragged me out. Boys need a role model to turn into men, and you're doing a good job at that.
You do feel like a big brother to me and I appreciate your videos, even during the most annoying Jeffery imitations.
I like your take on discipline. "You only become more disciplined when you do the hard work when you DON'T feel like doing it"
Thinking back on this motivates me day by day. *We really are* all gonna make it brah!

I can relate so much... Went through the same phases in my life..
Even tho I had a father, I never received the Attention from my father. He went to work 10-11 hrs a day + weeekend's. He was barely home and when he was home, he was tired and was laying on the couch. I was raised by my mother and grandmother and I had more Feminine Character. You can guess what came from that. Bullying, bullying, bullying and I even had a speaking disorder...
It took me a lot of time to build my self confidence back up... Tbh I never had it. With time i realized who I want to be and what characteristics I am missing, so thats why my last 6 Years were Dedicated only to Self improvement ! Started digesting every single line of my character and analyzing it myself... Started to think how I can improve every aspect of my life and with time Confidence came, Masculinity came and with that the whole package.
I am soo grateful to myself that I managed to teach myself how to be a man !

Being yourself is much more important. Puberty hit me hard and it gave me a deep ass voice. But I grew up hating it and feeling insecure about it. People used to make fun of me by calling me old man and shit. Even the teachers of my school called me out for speaking with them saying shit like how dare you talk to your teacher with such a deep voice (like bruh I can't help it). So I spend a part of my teenage life trying to speak in a higher pitch tone up until like in 2020 (I was 20 y/o)I was dating a girl and she told me that my voice was hot. The insecurities went away like as if it was never a thing. Now I receive complements for having a deep masculine voice ie my normal voice. I wish I knew it earlier but I'm glad that that period is over.

When I first meet Hamza’s content, I really did criticise him. I thought that was just a bullshit for rugpulling his viewers and get the most views (and money) from it. But with time, his videos do convince me. Really do not understand this incorrectly. Like I said, I am very cautious about such videos and I thought that mindset and mental health are just being used for manipulation. But mental health and mindset is important for your life. For me, I see myself different from other people because of my/them mindset/s. And (for me) routines are as important for you mental health as to your mindset; They give you stability in your life. Do not use social media too often, do not look porn, work out &; do the hard work, especially when you don’t feel like it.

What you need to do is speak in a clear, concise way that commands authority and respect and reflects the confidence in yourself you have. If you’re trying to lower the pitch of your voice more than what’s natural it just means that not confident in how you are naturally sound and that’s the actual issue that you need to work on
