  • How to do the Machine Gun on the Pole Tutorial. The Machine Gun is a funky pole trick requiring a dose of strength and flexibility in the perfect combination. This spready to the pole gods works for spin OR static pole passes but I find that the angles are usually most complimentary of static for most polers. Watch and work your way thru the tutorial and if it looks like this is a challenge you are ready for I would LOVE to see! Share your Machine Gun either as a picture, a video in a combo or whatever you are vibing with! #ELIZABETHBFITMADEMEDOIT

So glad you are enjoying them! YOU are exactly why I created these tutorials and my online training program. Because I know so many polers don't have the time or resources to go to a studio to work towards their goals. So happy to help you reach your goals!

I have to just say I love the way you teach. I learn in a very technical way and your teaching style just makes so much sense to me. Thank you!

Hello Elizabeth! I love your tutorials! I am an advanced beginner or maybe "very able" intermediate in pole dancing...would it be possible to provide easier variations of the pole tricks you teach for others like me? Anyway, I love your content.♡ thanks!♡

Insanely helpful because I notice my leg on my shoulder is always tilted up too high because of my hand placement . Always had a little trouble doing off the floor . Going to try with Jonny today 🙌🏼🖤 thank you so much 😻
