Can I make a suggestion? Slow down a bit! I have watched a couple of your house-showing videos, and I get dizzy when you go from room to room. It would only add a few seconds per room, maybe a minute for the whole house, but it would be so much easier to digest what we're seeing. Oh, and I know you didn't roll that fast from runway to taxiway, but it almost looks reckless because the video has been sped up! (I'm a pilot, too!)

My analytics show that the general viewer only watches the first three minutes of the video and most people don’t have the attention to watch things in real time lol! That’s why it’s sped up, but I certainly will take your very helpful comments into account with the next video, which is coming up shortly! And yes, of course, the clean sequence is sped up! Unless you’re a pilot, most people don’t have the patience to watch a taxi at safe and normal speed. Ha ha ha! Thanks again!

🤣🤣 Well certainly if you own a runway home you have to like planes! However it is not like living at a commercial airport. Pilots here fly for pleasure so there is not ever a busy airport environment. As far as safety, all pilots naturally have to conform to FAA safety standards and do so.
That’s a really good question Jorge. There is no doubt that property insurance in Florida is a challenge. However, being located at a private park actually bears no impact on property insurance! What really impacts property insurance in Florida are older roofs and older windows which are not hurricane impact. This particular property has a fairly new roof - and a metal one at that which are given a 40 year lifespan by most insurance companies. And all hurricane Impact Windows….

It's a 5 million dollar cabana.. Why would I want to stand on wood in a shower? For 5 Mill there should be marble in the shower and stone tile on the walls to give it some character. It looked like a walk-in closet with a shower head. The whole place has a very barren look to it. Like that one bathroom where the toilet and bidet is sitting against the wall.. It looks like a jail cell
Thanks for your comment John. Thank goodness we all have difference tastes. This is a very modern house which excels in the minimalist look with plenty of natural woods. The bathroom you refer to has a huge window overlooking the runway. I think the designer’s concept was to allow the occupant to focus on the window rather than any furnish accents. Your taste seems to lean toward a more traditional style - which is awesome too. Both are luxury looks, but naturally we all have our preferences. Thanks for watching and taking the time to comment.
So much rainforest wood. Make me sad. Main floor, don't match in colour. Rainforest wood is obviously only there to burn money and destroy the earth. But taking the focus of the rainforest. What an amazing house, easy to rent out, zero personality, very big, synthetic, clear and impressive 😊
