I saw the JDs with Paul Simon in England on all three tours, 1973, 1975 and 1980. Ethel Holloway stole the show in 75 and 80 with her vocal on Gone at Last.
@@GospelMusicHistory Actually I saw both shows in 73, 4 of the 5 in 75 but only 1 of the 3 in 1980, (baby daughter had just arrived) still 6 out of 9 isn’t bad. I got to meet them briefly on a couple of occasions.
