This is an all standing kettlebell workout. But if you don't have a kettlebell you can absolutely make it an all standing DUMBBELL workout.
This workout is great for all levels I have a few modifications in there for the more challenging exercises. This is a core workout with kettlebells or you can use dumbbells, if you dont yet own a kettlebell.
Any weight kettlebell, it will depend on your fitness level. Ill be using a 12kg kettlebell (26lbs)
