This is a HIIT Style workout, we will be working for 30 seconds and have 5 seconds rest to transition to the next exercise. 10 Exercises.

    How many reps of this workout do you recommend or 1 rep shall suffice?

      I assume you mean sets/ rounds? And that’s about you, your time, your fitness level.. etc But 2-3 rounds with a medium to heavy kettlebell, would be great.

      Hi the weight will depend on you and your body. But nothing too heavy. In the third trimester we are just looking to keep moving without exhausting ourselves 5lbs-15lbs

    Amanda Bond Fitness is the best! I've been doing her kettlebell workout and prenatal full body no equipment workout all through my second trimester, and I think it's a big part of why I haven't had any back pain. I've also noticed that I've gotten stronger, which I didn't think could happen during pregnancy. I'm now 36 weeks, and I love this new workout. So nice to have such a great (and free!) resource during this time. Thanks Amanda!

    I'm obsessed with this channel! Really good, no frills, form-focused instruction. This video is slightly less intense than Amanda's kettlebell workout, but equally excellent. This is definitely going to become a part of my prenatal workout routine.

    How many kilos is the kettlebells?

      Hi! The purple bell is 15lbs which is about 6.8kg but I would recommend using a medium weight (whatever that might be for you). Have a great day 🙂
