Last year, I was in the hospital for two months. I nearly died in the ICU. Late at night, when I was feelibg restless and in pain, I would play music by Enya, this song is one of my favorites and I'd drift to sleep. It's a year and three surgeries later later and still recovering from all of that, but I'm able to walk and eat and the hard part is over. Thank you for the healing power of your music, go raibh maith agat. 💚
I had a similar experience to you last year as well. 3 days heavily sedated in cardiac ICU and then three weeks in a hospital in Gran Canaria, and 5 months recovering in hospital and care homes after very painful trauma surgery. I think I was nearly a goner after my seizure as well ( due to critical blood loss ). Great tune.
A great song about being a human being. Every time you think you've found the answer, there is a new horizon and new questions, and you never get a 100% percent garantee that you've chosen the right direction. And to answer with another enya quotation: "Who knows where the road goes? Only time..." And thus we keep finding and losing our way in this maze called life. Great song!!!
