    I will get on the treadmill in the morning and in the evening I am experiencing lower back pain in the lumbar area. I concerned my posture on the treadmill is causing pain. Is there a video you have that can before specific about the posture on the treadmill?

    1. NEVER USE A TREADMILL WITHOUT ATTACHING THE EMERGENCY STOP CLIP.
    2. ALWAYS POSITION YOUR TREADMILL AWAY FROM THE WALL.
    I don’t need to explain what can happen if you had an accident, or leg cramp for example, and fell on that motorised belt. 😱

    Great video! Do you have any words on running on treadmill with only socks? I have some work socks, that are padded, that i use. I've heard about needing like a gel sole, for running on hard surfaces, but so far, my feet actually feel fine. Any recommendations? Thank you Doctor

    Soooo. Watching a television positioned on the wall, or up high in the fitness club, creates the wrong posture. Thanks.

    Thanks, have never used it before but wanted to try, although scared to run since I sub-luxated my patella a few years ago and am worried the laxity in my knees might be too great for running. Great humor and explanation!

    Hi , I really don’t have any balance and without grabbing the handles I tend to lower my back an it hurts my neck.any advice please.

    • @shanjok8034
      @shanjok8034 2 года назад +3

      Keep running at very low speeds whilst holding the handles - I was the same and did not have good balance but over time the more you do it, the more your legs and body will adapt

    I always have a huge vertigo after turning the treadmill off 😢. I try to look at a unique point in front of me and to avoid ending my session abruptly. But nothing better. Should I look at my feet instead ?

      Reduce the speed to a walking speed, walk like 2-3 min, chnage again to the lowest possible and 2 more minutes
      I guess that should help

      Step 1. Phone medical services. Step 2. Have her seen to by medical professionals. Not being able to get out of bed sounds serious!

      See a doctor then a physical therapist. She may likely need the eply maneuver to reposition the crystals in the ear to reestablish balance. My neighbor had the crystals shift and couldn't move, stand, crawl, roll over, etc without vomiting. After I don't know how many days in the hospital with no help, he finally saw a PT who administered the above mentioned which completely resolved the issue.

    I came here from watching running channels. I only came here to see how to use a treadmill but I've noticed that your running form tips are mostly the opposite of what the running-focused channels give. Most importantly, you positioned your treadmill facing back the wall.

      as soon as i saw the treadmill position and wall clearance i just came to the comment section and skipped the video all together.

    Is it normal for the threadmill to make kindof hitting sound when u run fast?

    • @isabellamaya2412
      @isabellamaya2412 8 месяцев назад +1

      somewhat. but actually when running you’re meant to be light on your feet it’s less strain on your knees. try looking up best poster for running/lightweight running. you should make less noise then and actually save energy running this way.

    Long time user fist thing so important connect the emergency stop cable to your clothing so if you fall the treadmill will stop second the treadmill is way to close to the wall at speed and you fall without the safety cable connected you will hit the wall and the belt will grind your face off so dangerous

  • @nickjanssen
