1. NEVER USE A TREADMILL WITHOUT ATTACHING THE EMERGENCY STOP CLIP. 2. ALWAYS POSITION YOUR TREADMILL AWAY FROM THE WALL. I don’t need to explain what can happen if you had an accident, or leg cramp for example, and fell on that motorised belt. 😱
I came here from watching running channels. I only came here to see how to use a treadmill but I've noticed that your running form tips are mostly the opposite of what the running-focused channels give. Most importantly, you positioned your treadmill facing back the wall.
I will get on the treadmill in the morning and in the evening I am experiencing lower back pain in the lumbar area. I concerned my posture on the treadmill is causing pain. Is there a video you have that can before specific about the posture on the treadmill?
Thanks, have never used it before but wanted to try, although scared to run since I sub-luxated my patella a few years ago and am worried the laxity in my knees might be too great for running. Great humor and explanation!
I always have a huge vertigo after turning the treadmill off 😢. I try to look at a unique point in front of me and to avoid ending my session abruptly. But nothing better. Should I look at my feet instead ?
Great video! Do you have any words on running on treadmill with only socks? I have some work socks, that are padded, that i use. I've heard about needing like a gel sole, for running on hard surfaces, but so far, my feet actually feel fine. Any recommendations? Thank you Doctor
Long time user fist thing so important connect the emergency stop cable to your clothing so if you fall the treadmill will stop second the treadmill is way to close to the wall at speed and you fall without the safety cable connected you will hit the wall and the belt will grind your face off so dangerous
Keep running at very low speeds whilst holding the handles - I was the same and did not have good balance but over time the more you do it, the more your legs and body will adapt
Please reply actually my mom suffering from cervical dizziness and she is not able to get up on the bed , and before two days she is suffer from dizziness and lying down on the bed , since yet she is not able to get up , when she is trying to get up on the bed so she feels like dizziness too much , and when she turn her body on right and left side so she also feels like dizziness, I gave medicine of cervical dizziness but not improvement , dizziness is not stop , it coming continues, please can you tell me how to treat this , and what exercise I can use on lying down on the bed please tell me the solution ?????????
See a doctor then a physical therapist. She may likely need the eply maneuver to reposition the crystals in the ear to reestablish balance. My neighbor had the crystals shift and couldn't move, stand, crawl, roll over, etc without vomiting. After I don't know how many days in the hospital with no help, he finally saw a PT who administered the above mentioned which completely resolved the issue.
somewhat. but actually when running you’re meant to be light on your feet it’s less strain on your knees. try looking up best poster for running/lightweight running. you should make less noise then and actually save energy running this way.
We are using it wrong? You’re using it without the emergency clip and heading to the wall. I don’t want to imagine what a disaster a wrong step would produce

Soooo. Watching a television positioned on the wall, or up high in the fitness club, creates the wrong posture. Thanks.
Yes precisely

Reduce the speed to a walking speed, walk like 2-3 min, chnage again to the lowest possible and 2 more minutes
I guess that should help
Before going down walk with a really slow speed

A video about maximising safety with a treadmill positioned to the wall?????
Hi , I really don’t have any balance and without grabbing the handles I tend to lower my back an it hurts my neck.any advice please.

Thank you, this was helpful.

Step 1. Phone medical services. Step 2. Have her seen to by medical professionals. Not being able to get out of bed sounds serious!

This might sound too late but what are u thinking?!?! Get her to the hospital!!!
You need more views. Very informative!
Thank you! We really appreciate it!
Have both knees replaced. 5yrs ago. Power walk 3.2mph for 3 miles outside. How to set up treadmill ?
Cool it with all the gifs...every-time I try to concentrate on what you're say a gif pops up.
I'm the opposite, I can't concentrate unless a gif pops up

Recommend a durable safe treadmill brand...
Of course! Running on a cheap, unstable treadmill would be very dangerous!
Nothing to do with the video but are massage guns safe for kids
Is it normal for the threadmill to make kindof hitting sound when u run fast?

I like you man.. Good explanation!!!

I’ll watch this video so that I will do what he does when I use the treadmill in my house.
Ty for useful video)
Your thermal should be facing the wall. This is not safe.
Agreed. We changed it
Thank you for your concern
My treadmill isn't inclined
How to run 🏃♂️ on it?
Can I lean forward if I have lower back pain?
Please do
My thumb is hurting and I don’t know why it’s my right thumb and I play video game should I stop playing or is there any other way it can be fixed
Sounds like a repetitive stress injury. See a physical therapist.
Kontrol freaks help tremendously with that especially if you have arthritis or issues with muscles in your hands/digits

I think your running technique is not good. Stride is way to big, foot is going way to far from your hip. Just saying. Others said about safety
Noted. :)
😂😂😂😂
Worst treadmill video I’ve ever seen, needs to learn how to run homself first before trying to tell others how to
Right? I’ve just said the same, don’t know how isn’t noticed by more peope
do u respond?
as much as we can :)
