@Christopher Marlowe luckily you can turn that off in the settings
@Christopher Marlowe I didn't experience that. Only when I first unlocked the stance and encountered the suitable enemy for it. After that it was free reign to use whatever stance I wanted. I personally like water.

Lethal mode literally just makes everyone a glass cannon.
That's... good and bad I think? It sure makes fights easier but manages to keep the sword sharp like Sucker Punch wanted it.
That’s how a sword fight is in real life though. You deal a lot of damage and take a lot.

Yepp Yepp Yeah that’s true. Maybe in their sequel they can do better.
Yepp Yepp put the game on hard mode and don’t upgrade your sword and try to put yourself in the middle of a group of enemies. They attack faster when they have a big group with them but when there’s only like two or three enemies they try to be more strategic and usually only attack one at a time. But lethal makes this game to easy cause it’s supposed to be “realistic” so like I said put it on hard and do those other things and game is going to be way more funner faster and challenging.

This boss fights are literally a cakewalk for this guy
U literally don't know how many times he played & dies to get it to where he doesn't get hit
It probably takes like 15 times to get the perfect video because on Lethal this shit is hard & tricky no matter how good u are

Well most of the bosses imo in this game aren’t that hard, the only one that’s hard was that six blades guy, he kicked my ass, everyone else I either first tried, or did it in less than 5 tries

I will always admire how sucker punch added lethal and added a difficulty where you can tell the enemies are more powerful but WE are also more powerful too. They managed to add challenge and make it fair
Damn, I finished Ghost of Tsushima on Lethal. Never done no damage. Always to the point the game told me to Abandon the quest Lol.
Your Parry Timing is top notch.
The Mizu No Kami charm makes parries and perfect dodges much easier.
I played my first playthrough on mid and when i finished act 1 i went over to hard and finished the game
now i've started a lethal playthrough and it feels rewarding but at the same time i'm dissapointed in myself a lot
In the beginning of the game there's the quest where you have to safe the boy on a bridge from archers and i just couldn't do it.
I rage quit get back tomorow,do it like first or second try.
I agree tho lethal feels way more realistic,rewarding and just better.

This game taught me so much honor that whenever I go 1vs1 against a mongol boss or ronin, I change my armor to Broken Samurai armor in honor of the fallen Samurai warriors at Komodo Beach
I jhh uh s plat the game. It’s so good that even with nothing to accomplish I think I’ll try with broken throughout a second playthru
Yea I’m replaying it on my second with my broken armor and maybe third maybe an Archer/swordsman

I do like the aspect that even on lethal mode enemies have just as much hp as on easy, showcasing how strong the katana is
If it were tryna showcase how strong the katana is, then why do they one shot Jin but they still need 13 cuts?

@@ghostwhencodghosts9114 The fight already are recycled, close to all the mongol bosses are the same SnS mongol, and the samurai/ronin are all variants of each other. The only truly unique boss is the Khan.

They’re quite common in samurai armor

@@themaseofspades6857 actually samurai armor was made of steel put togheter with silk and leather, which made it as strong as lightweight.
Bowing is usually done after the fight is won to show respect to the dead.
Then SmVR bowing in the middle of the fight would mean:
“Omae wa, mou Shindeiru”
People take 25 min to win over ryuzo

For me it was Shimura on lethal. One wrong hit, and its instant death the whole fight. On top of that, Shimura can delay his hits and can read your feints so its harder to parry. Had no focus during that duel so I had to win the duel without getting hit.
Kojiro was a pain in the dick, took me 2 hours to beat him
Kojiro was easy first try i. Killed him. Ryuzo especially on the first fight was the hardest fight in the game

@@alexlight4178 It isn’t bad, but in terms of the setting however, Japanese would definitely fit it. Had the cutscenes and the characters in them had their lip sync with the voice line to their respectful languages. But I enjoy English’s lines too.
on ps5 they fixed the lip sync for Japanese

lol well if you're never getting hit, lethal mode is easier than hard mode =p
Lethal mode is realistic (for the most part). One wrong move and you're dead, but if you're skilled, enemies get cut down quickly. Kinda like how these fights go in real life.
I agree I find lethal way to easy but the new lethal plus is a lot more challenging cuz the enemies take the damage from the hard difficulty but you still die from one blow.

Jump into the air and press Triangle. It has generous iFrames so you will end up avoiding most melee damage doing so.
