    Just used this as my first air fryer recipe and it turned out perfect, thank you so much for taking the time to make and share, it’s the nicest steak I’ve ate and maybe I’m biased because it’s practically the first meal I’ve ever cooked for myself but it’s delicious! Thank you so much once again!!

    I have a nice bit of lamb for tomorrow dinner which will be getting done in the air fryer.

    That looks amazing. I'm going to definitely do that one too. Did you remove the grate in the Air Fryer or did you just put the steak on top of it? If the latter, didn't you lose all of that flavour when the juices dropped to the base? I have the same air Fryer. 😊

    • @sohbia4351
      @sohbia4351  2 года назад +1

      Hey, I did not remove it no, I left it in because I love a slightly crispy steak. You can leave it in if you wish but it was still full of flavour x

    What if you don’t have a preheat button. I think the newer dual sides don’t come with one. What do you suggest?

    • @sohbia4351

      Hiya. Id just turn the temp to around 180 and heat as you normally would if you was cooking something for around 5 mins x

    • @sohbia4351
      @sohbia4351  2 года назад

      Hi Kevin. I don’t usually preheat the air fryer for most of my recipes. But with steak I like the air fryer to be hot so it can sizzle a little 😃👍

    Salam Sohbia. Please tell me where to get the steak from and what should I look for? How long do I preheat, please? I only dared to get the air fryer coz of uuu💖

      @sohbia4351  Год назад

      Salam Amna. Aww bless you I think you made a great decision to get one as they are amazing!! 😃. So I usually just ask the halal butchers for some sirloin steak fillets and I preheat the air fryer for around 5 mins at 200 degrees. It just helps the meat sizzle a little once you add it to your air fryer xx

    Hi. I’m thinking of investing in the Ninja Air Fryer but a friend said that steak/meat dries up and it doesn’t cook nice. Have you tried cooking other meats? And what are your thoughts pls?
    Thank you

      @sohbia4351  Год назад +1

      Hi, I will link another video down below where I made a mixed grill and it all cooked so perfectly, not dry at all. If you use a meat thermometer and don’t overcook the meat then it will not dry out. Hope this helps:

    It looks like it doesn't sear the meat, baked not grilled.

    • @sohbia4351
      @sohbia4351  2 года назад +1

      Well its an air fryer so wont sear it like the pan does but still did a brilliant job and the steak was cooked beautifully.
