Love in the Aviary: Dawn and Sky’s Heartwarming Tale 💕
Once upon a time in a cozy aviary, there lived a little parrotlet named Dawn. Even though she was surrounded by nine other parrotlets, she felt a bit lonely. You might wonder, how could she be lonely with so many friends around? Well, she loved having the company of her fellow feathered friends, but she hadn't found that special someone who made her heart flutter.
Then, one sunny day, along came Sky. Sky was a charming parrotlet with a twinkle in his eye and a gentle nature. From the moment he saw Dawn, he was smitten. He knew she was the one for him and was determined to win her heart.
Sky didn’t rush things; he was patient and kind. He spent his days showing Dawn small acts of love and care. He would bring her the tastiest seeds, sing her sweet songs, and gently preen her feathers. Dawn was hesitant at first, unsure if she could trust Sky's intentions. But Sky's persistent kindness slowly melted her heart.
Over time, Dawn began to see Sky in a new light. She realized that he truly cared for her and wanted to be by her side. One day, as Sky offered her a particularly delicious seed, Dawn accepted it and nuzzled him in return. From that moment on, their bond grew stronger and stronger.
Now, Dawn and Sky are inseparable. They spend their days side by side, feeding each other and preening each other's feathers. Their love story is a testament to the power of kindness and patience. It shows that even in a busy aviary, true love can blossom when you find the right bird for you.
So, do parrotlets fall in love? Just look at Dawn and Sky, and you’ll have your answer! 💕

My parrotlet is bonded to my Suncheek Conure. She is 4 years old and still gets in my clasped hands at night asking to be covered by grabbing my fingers and pulling on them until they are properly placed. She would sleep there all night if I could hold my hands still for that long. I wondered if it would get annoying but after 4 years it's still just as adorable.

That is amazing! How very sweet! Yeah, too dangerous at night, too easy to roll onto them or something. It warms my heart to hear that you let her fall asleep that way-- and don't keep her all night.
Love that she's bonded to your Sun!

So cute, I have two female parrotlets I’ve had for about a month there three months old and four months old and for some reason the four month is getting territorial or either protecting the other pallet. Sometimes it looks that way, but of course she’s puffing up and charging the cage drawer when I come next to the cage any suggestions? I did the bathroom thing and she was a total different bird in there.

Just got a 6 month old bonded pair a week ago. Can it take a while for them to play? So far they spend their time cuddling preening. Otherwise they don’t move around much. They seem to be eating fine. Slowly working on getting them use to us. They still resist being taken out of their cage. I know every bird is different. Just curious what your experiences have been like. Thanks again for your videos!

They aren't acclimated yet. Give them time, they will play. Thy love shredding toys with the colored snuggly paper!

@@jojo1828v Thx! Which toys are you referring to? We got some of the typical colored plastic/wood toys with bells. Not going to use the included mirror as someone mentioned those not being good.
