Awesome job on that brotisserie, Schuey! Super juicy chicken in this one dude! 🐔🔥
Mate, it is always good when you drop in my comments mate, Thanks as always Everett BBQ 🍻
Job well done. Thanks for sharing with us. You have inspired me.
Could you please let me know what Rotisserie basket you used in this cook?
I presume you used the 8mm Weber rotisserie bar?
Cheers.
Ah Vegeta. A staple in our household. Great video mate!
It is a great simple solution to boost flavour, cheers Niko Holm 🍻
@@SchueysBBQ I'm pretty sure it's got some of that taboo but amazing msg in it.
Good chook cook mate. Chicken on the kettle is my go to meal.
Thanks Adam Reid, simple and perfect every single time, no need to complicate things 🍻
Tried this today Schuey. Just wow! Thanks for the recipe 💪
Awesome, glad you liked it Matt Whisker, my pleasure 🍻
What a belter 👌
Thanks Thomas Robinson 🍻
Moister than an oyster mate. I got myself a lovely bird to do the exact same way tonight. Thanks for another great vid! 👌
HaHa BBQ BOY, I did think about saying that line, cheers mate. 🍻
You want us to do what to a chicken? 🤣
That chicken looks moist!!! Good cook mate
HaHa allan koncz, cheers mate 🍻
Hey Schuey. Love your work - thanks! What sort of basket are you using and how wide is it? In the UK I can only find baskets 19 or 20cm wide and I can't see that being wide enough for spatchcock? Any advice appreciated!
Thanks David Johnson, I picked up the basket from a local BBQ place. It measures 35cm long, 20cm deep and 5 and 1/2 cm high. I would say a 20cm wide one would be plenty wide enough as you can see I had plenty of room left over mate 🍻
Excellent presentation. Other videos have wild and unnecessary music going on with the presenter inaudible and , hence, irrelevant. I really like some of the method and the seasoning ideas. Bloody good job, mate!
Hey don herley, cheers for the support mate. 🍻
Did this tonight and was amazing,, took me 45mins for a 2.3kg chook but was a 2 beer prep so all up it was a 4 beer cook. Oh and I threw some veg in the foil pan to even put the wife’s guilt about too much meat 😎
That's awesome Brett Thompson, yeah I have to make sure to through in some veggies now and then as well 🍻
Do you have your lid vent over the charcoal basket for the roasting?
Arthur Stock if just roasting without the rotisserie mate, either have the lid vent over a charcoal basket or either end of the roast, as long as you move 180 degrees at the half way point of your cook, so the roast will cook evenly 🍻
I didn’t quite understand the positioning of the lid vent if I’m using a rotisserie?
Née sub here brother, I just messed my pants over this vid
Thanks Blue English staffy breeder. Ha Ha that reply may just end up on a tee shirt it is that good 🍻
Im dribbling
Ha Ha that may become a new saying Luke Benji 🍻
Ha ha cheers
