- This run was done on 23rd January 2020, so four months ago. I had big problems getting this video rendered and uploaded, but it seems to be fixed now. So, better late than never, right? I'm so glad I can finally upload my current PB in this category.

I love this speedrun so much. During Covid and lockdowns I watched all of ByteMe's Top 10 runs through this game. Including his then WR every week for a year

Forgot to ask this yesterday. What is the order of Argent Cell and Praetor Suit upgrades? It happens so quickly!
@@reptongeek oh, that is fairly straight forward: first maxing out ammo, then health, and lastly armor.
Armor last is important for further Rich get Richer rune progress. And ammo first lets you spam Siege Mode more often.
@@RedW4rr10r What is it for the Praetor Suit. As far as I can glean from your demo, it's the first point of Dexterity, then I can't see what you do next until the end when it looks like all of Environmental, the rest of Dexterity and then Area Scanning Technology
@@reptongeek Um... yea, you want to switch weapons faster, so get Dexterity 1 as soon as you can (last Praetor Token of Res Ops). Then save you Power-Up Effectiveness and max it out with the first Token in Argent Facility (you'll have 6 points by then). Then go for Environmental Safety 1+2, Equipment Power (maxing that out in ARC). What's left by then is Environmental 3, Dexterity 3 and Area Scanning.

i want to say THANK YOU to you ( and ByteMe ). i watched ByteMe AGDQ 2020 and discovered him and you in this Event ! i bought doom 2016, finished it casually, LOVED it, and now for the first time, im trying to finish it 100% in on run. Man, thats cool, dedication, frustration and satisfaction... Not Easy to Learn all maps etc, but THX man for Running those games like crazy basterds ! huge thx boiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiz ! ( from coroned FRANCE ) Stay at home

And the more you play it, the more you'll get to know each level. And yeah, frustration is a part of this but it feels even more rewarding, if you accomplish something in small steps :)

Hey RedWarrior! Do you play on 130 FOV? You probably already answered that question already but I really want to know. Also do you play on lower graphics for maximum fps?? Currently watching your run, amazing stuff man!

Yeah, it’s 130 FOV. And my graphics are on ultra 😅 but honestly, the only part where you’d need high FPS is during boss fights, because the BFG tendrils are FPS-dependent. The higher the FPS, the more damage they deal and against bosses, this is crucial.
I've always wonder why do best segments get overwritten when you do a worse segment but a better overall pace, kinda bothers me. Super cool run, been watching your tutorial UN videos they've been an incredible help for a newbie at speedrunning like me
Hey, out of curiosity, do you keep save files out of all the sections of this game? If so, mind if I have them please? I feel the need to do a no HUD run on this game again. To practice routes and certain Gauss boosts.
