I'm into cubing since 2013 (I believe, since when the original Weilong came out), and even after a decade on this hobby I feel like an absolute ROOKIE (and stupid) seeing Tymon's solutions, this guy is out of this world!!!
Okay, Max Park's WR avg is more like "Damn, his lookahead is incredible and his solutions were simple enough! I can probably get there, one day." Tymon's avg is more like "How can you even see any of that?"
We've had about 50 new 3x3 WR averages within the last month and a half... or at least it feels like that. Max breaking the WR once and then breaking that WR in the same competition, I'm pretty sure he broke THAT WR in a competition shortly after, and now Tymon has taken it. About half of my solves at this point are sub-20, and I couldn't even imagine thinking that fast in that much detail to solve it in around 5 seconds 5 solves in a row for an average this good.
Tymon is just amazing! When i first saw his pyraminx wr average i thought new era of pyraminx begins then after he broke nr's, his crazy 3x3 singles, lazer0 monkey comps i began to think who'll beat the wr and then the time came and he broke the WR of 3x3 avg. He's trulty an inspiration. His insane amount of practice, dedication and out of the box thinking paid off.
These solvers are usually Big-Brained Block Builders. But his last solve was the simplest form of CFOP, only that he inspected deeper than most people.
This solves show incredible decision making under time pressure. I compare it to a chess player playing Blitz chess. But i feel the cuber has to make his choices quicker than the Blitz player. I am awed!
As someone who speedcubes and occasionally tries to do blitz chess, the reaction time and decision making is faster in cubing but the decisions are simpler than chess.

Hi J Perm, I watched your Tutorial for Beginners Method on how to solve a 3x3, and I solved it after 3 tries of confusion. Thank you so much, I finally solved my 3x33 after 2 and a half years! :D
6:11 "I am better than Tymon CONFIRMED"... after you achieve efficiency of that level on most solves + average 10 tps. Happy New Year! I am hoping to finally average sub-15 this year.
Tymon : wait i can explain Jperm: you are making xxcross? While i am making x cross Audience: what, are you making x cross? Beginners: you guys are making crosses?
I'm a casual cuber and I use the beginner method. Seeing people not solve the white cross, then the middle layer, and then the top layer one by one is insane. It's like they just do it all at once. I'd love to learn this, but it seems kinda hard.
cfop. it only looks hard when professionals do it because they do it fast. otherwise, its pretty easy (but you will be pretty slow and have to practice to get better)
I still cant believe that polish guy is THAT good at rubiks cube! Im glad that there are people in my country who are able to cross such barriers! Huge GG Tymon, may it only get better!
