I do have a question. Why doesn’t it have the “apps” app? I just bought one a few weeks ago and tried to add Alexa but found out the vehicle doesn’t have the Buick apps app. Great video by the way

settings > apps > audio

Settings app... Audio.. then click on sound... And there's another button for equalizer... The sound button will let you adjust the base and it range and treble... Equalizer lets
you adjust the fade and balance
