While I am all in favor for second chances for accidents but a child was killed. He needed to be spend at least some time in prison for his negligence. An avoidable tragedy.
He wasn't facing prison in the first place. He was facing jail time in the country. It's only a misdemeanor.
He should have been given jail time and a fine . He will continue to have guns . He got off way easy .
