Heya Friends and Fiends! Please pardon my fairy dust as I experiment with different things here. I understand not all sounds are comfy for all souls, so do check out the different playlists to hear the type of stories you enjoy! And, please don't worry, regular bedtime stories are not going anywhere, don't fear!
I love this channel and it definitely helps me sleep. The asmr has never really been my thing but if it makes you happy then I think you should keep doing it. I know the views are lower but please don't feel discouraged. There's people out here who will support you no matter what ❤
Last night, I sat on my couch with all my curtains closed, all the lights turned out, and only a couple candles to light up the room. I made a cup of hot chocolate, some donuts, and snuggled up into my fuzzy blanket with one of your videos playing on my tablet. Thank you for making these fun nights possible 😊
Oh man… I honestly was deeply wishing you would do stuff like this and I just discovered this channel and so I’m Pretty happy now! You honestly have THEE MOST relaxing voice I have EVER heard.
@Heckler Computers... *Surely tis so!... A velvety voice wrapped in whispers!* I still remember, in my first job, there were two young ladies in different departments whose voices were exceptionally sweet. Yet Abitlate's surpasses theirs. She's. s e r e n e l y soothing🌌
this was very comforting it really helped me fall asleep, usually i have problems with sleeping and only sometimes asmr helps and this was one of those times
I always thought you had such a nice relaxing voice I’m so happy you do asmr also the cutting fabric was a nice touch never thought it would be this relaxing it kinda makes me think of sitting by the fire place on a cold winters night while being told this story
@A Bit Late, You out did yourself 😌🌌! You soothe us with your voice already, and the scissor sounds added wonderful ambiance. They were actually done quite quietly and low key. (Many times I was around sowing, etc., when I was growing up, and much of those sounds were often somewhat louder, very different from how you did.) I understand how some ppl are bothered by any of those sounds but the ways you do them is thoughtfully well done. (I hope the ppl who don't like them can connect with your non-asmr recordings.) Keep up the good work! And just know that >you're genuinely sending out ripples of positive energy< to many ppl stressed and beyond. Good vibes be yours always.
A small thought about the stitch ripper, and how you said it sounds like progress to you but isn't specifically comforting. As a neurospicy person, especially growing up but still as an adult. Clothing tags are irritating at best and literally painful at worst. So even though I have only minimal handsewing skills/ experience, I have used this tool often and draw power and comfort from it. My favorite thing to do with new or thrifted clothing is to immediately pull out my handy tool from the kitchen drawer (next to the paper scissors), rip the tag out thoroughly and as neatly as possible, then maybe put down some security stitches to keep the collar together. So when you were introducing the different scissor sounds, and the stitch ripper came up, I immediately saw a host of comfy shirts and soft pants getting 'fixed,' and it was such a happy and comforting sound. Just thought it would be neat to share.
Did anyone watch Walt Disney's "The Brave Little Tailor?" such a sweet and nostalgic film The old cartoons are the best! Love your ASMR with the scissor sounds in the background Btw can you read Peter Pan :)
I absolutely love the stories and you're voice is absolutely amazing when I'm battling with anxiety at night. However personally the scissors and tapping don't really help me listening to it ;-; maybe that's why I usually dont really listen to asmr- Anyway amazing video as usual ^^ although I had a couple of moments I was nearly asleep and woke up due to the extra noises XD
Thank you, and I'm sorry it woke you at parts! I'm still experimenting with different things, but to keep things cozy (and organized) I do have different playlists for non-asmr stories if that's what helps you the most! And, I'm going to keep reading stories with no extra noises as well, so there will always be new stories here :)
Not a fan of the spoft spoken, mouth-on-mic voice, but if it helps people fall asleep that's cool. Gonna take some getting used to for me, but this is my favorite channel so I'll still listen
What is all the knocking and tapping for? I'm all for sound effects to enhance the narrative of the story, but this is distracting more than anything else. How about using theme sounds for certain people or actions? Tapping when someone is walking, scissors when the main character enters a scene, stuff like that... It would make the sounds part of the story. Also, I agree that cutting things (eg. paper) sounds nicer. Maybe because it's slower and in longer stretches?
I wish I liked it, but the scissors distracted me and I couldn't pay attention to the story :( I really like to hear you telling stories before bad, but unfortunately I couldn't finish this one Could you please separate the more asmr things from the stories? Sorry if it's too much to ask, maybe it's what the majority of subscribers like
I'm sorry you found the sound distracting, but yes, there are playlists devoted to regular readings, and I will still be making those videos as well, so don't fear!
Ok so I was in for the story telling not actual ASMR Nothing against the ppl who like it, but I personally hate it, with a burning passion. So, I guess I'll stop following this channel, its a shame, I really likes your random input during the story, made it better than the story alone in my opinion. Anyway, bye.
I am still doing regular story readings as well! ASMR videos are on their own playlist, so you can play a list and not encounter them if you'd rather not listen to those sorts of videos. This is a cozy nook for all, so I hope you find what you need here

I just wanna say thank you so much for all you do ! I love your short fables! I listen all the time and they get me through my day at work ❤️
Where do you get all of your fables and short stories?
I never thought scissors could be this conforting, in a weird way
It's kinda like there is an invisible, multi-tasking tailor working away and telling a story at the same time?
@@abitlate I am so addicted to a story that I just get so into it
When you’re cutting fabric, it sounds almost like birds twittering. I luv it 🥰 Also, I vote yes please for more of this 😊🙏

Ah thank you so much!

You would be a hit as a narrator on audible!
I loooooved this one ! I used it as background sound while a sow ! And the scissors sound made it look like I had a sewing budy with me !!
Hello! I love this story! Can u read the fisherman and his wife next? It's my favorite~♡
This is amazing! I love your voice and as a seamstress myself I find those scissors kinda lulling and comforting
this was very comforting it really helped me fall asleep, usually i have problems with sleeping and only sometimes asmr helps and this was one of those times

Tailor tales are always interesting - I know a few but they are much scarier than this one. Great video again.
Recently found your channel, so wonderful and relaxing 💕🔥 you're a asmr pro 😁👍
It’s not always the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog. Our little tailor is quite the clever fox haha

Me: I don't listen to ASMR
Also me: Ohhh, abitfrank is making scissor sounds, I must listen to it repeatedly
Love the content :D
Thank you! I’m going to sleep rn so ima listen to this-
Did anyone watch Walt Disney's "The Brave Little Tailor?"

You could make a good impression of skittering insects by using samples of those scissor cuttings; D
OooOOOooo sizors sounds are may favorite!!!
‘The Juniper Tree’ by The Brothers Grimm, maybe?
This was one of those fairy tales you read and have to think about it but it was good just finished it
Not a fan of the spoft spoken, mouth-on-mic voice, but if it helps people fall asleep that's cool. Gonna take some getting used to for me, but this is my favorite channel so I'll still listen
It's something new in the mix, but I'm still making my traditional style story vids too, so there should always be something to enjoy with ease!
I swear this should be a Disney movie
Or Dreamworks
@@gonhunter3994 that too
There actually is a Disney short starring Mickey as the Brave Little Tailor from 1938. That’s actually how I was familiar with this story. :-)
Omg this one! My childhood!
Love the scissor sounds
I'm getting this vibe that Frank is actually feeding a bunch of sentient scissors that act like birds while reading this story
Personally I really liked the scissor sounds
This story is addicting
You should consider doing a creepy origins video on your other channel about this story.

This guy is just as bad as the pea emperor. Why are they always lying?!
Thanks for the story abitfrank 🖤
He really is! I'm always amazed how everything just works out really well for them too?!
While cutting those fabrics, it kinda sounds like the squeaking of a little mouse🐁😊
You should do a Stephen King book
Hey ☺️ I'm sorry to bother you but could you please do a noter sleeping spell
Casting one soon! Keep your eyes peeled :)
Coraline please 🥺
✨💖✨
Oof the ASMR is a miss for me, loved the story tho

Nice but asmr wasn't needed
Ok so I was in for the story telling not actual ASMR
