Mine are 44 DD, at their smallest. I've always wondered if a corset would be comfortable for me. I hate wearing a bra. And finding that fits is like going to war. My girlfriends that have little butty ones say, "How can you possibly be tired of wearing a bar" or " just do this or that to an existing bra." They don't may have a clue about the 44 inches. But no clue about a DD cup. My cups runneth over the front of the bra, over the side and want to wiggle out the bottom 😂
I’ve heard from A LOT of fuller chested folks that corsets are 1000x more comfortable than a bra! The main thing being that the support for your bust is coming from your core, not your shoulders. It’s definitely worth checking a corset out! It may be life changing 🙂
What about for people with the opposite problem? I have way too much chestage but have trouble finding a corset large enough for my xl boobs but small enough for my med waist. 😢
Historic stays or corsets would have additional padding on the interior, to help fill out the shape. I'm making some now, and have to add padding under the bust because I have d-dd boobs depending on the band size.
You’d want something either underbust or that comes up higher. You can also push any skin that gets gathered into a cleavage shape down into the corset to smooth it out
Male corsets do exist. corset vests also are an option for a more traditionally masculine look. but I also think if you look at things like stays it would work pretty well, as long as you pay attention that there's no 'cups' or too much s shape, since stays are usually meant to create a more conical shape than an hoursglass (which most corsets try to achieve) so if you dont have much exces fat on your chest it shouldn't really look like cleavage. Certain underbust corsets would also work I think
What about the opposite? Everyone always talks about getting a more flattering shape or whatever, but what if you just want them gone? Can corsets help with that?
To be fair its more equivalent of the acual bust padding they used for comfort and silhouette shaping than socks or toilet paper

Same! I need one for my yearly costume and my future wedding. I'm just having such a hard time finding a legit corset that would work with my figure.

Yes! A lot of people buy them as chest binders. The Tudor and Elizabethan styles of stays are more flattening in the chest
