Little tips: brush your teeth and dry them with a tissue before putting on the whitening strips, it will adhere better to the clean, dry teeth) and wash you face with warm-hot water before using a mask/scrub/anything, so that the pores would be open and the product will go deeper into the skin) Have a good day darlings)

for dandruff you can do once a month an apple cider vinegar rinse witch is basically one part apple cider vinegar and 2 parts water. apply that after shampoo before conditioner
I don't know u...but i think your beauty is your personality. As far as the video...I'm a guy so at first I thought being beautiful is expensive & hard work until u said u do it one day out of the week so I think that's manageable. Men have our grooming products...but let's say cleaning facial pores...the best I do is "Witch Hazel". I do buy other stuff but not consistent enough...no wonder why I'm part of the ugly tribe. lol. I gotta step my game up & my financial security if I'm going to find that special lady. I hope u have a beautiful weekend Jasmine!

I would love an at home spa day , much needed
I like to do a spa night for my daughter when she gets sick. I prepare her warm bath water so she can soak in there. I'm able to dim the lights in there for her while I prepare her room, her daddy reads to her. In her room I turn on the humidifier and add one of those Vicks patches. If I don't do the humidifier I get a napkin and add a little bit of lavender oil and place it inside the pillow case behind the pillow. I also bought her a very warm fluffy robe. Once she is done in the bath I quickly moisturize her skin and face. In her room I like to massage her back and face. For the face I do it because I feel it helps when she has a stuffy nose. I almost forgot I either have a warm drink I make for her cold on her nightstand or warm soup for her. Once she is done with her soup or drink I let her go to sleep or sometimes when my husband can he goes to her and reads to her again. If he can't I like to put relaxing sounds. A lot of people tell me I'm spoiling her, but I feel like I'm taking care of her she loves it and looks happy and relaxed. I feel it's good for her mental health too.
