If you feel you don't have time to do this for yourself. Just start with giving yourself a dedicated 5-10 minutes once or twice a week to just do something nice for yourself. You spent 12 minutes watching a beautifully edited video of someone else doing it. Remember you matter as well! ❤️

I do a routine like this - bath, hair, skin exfoliation and deep moisturizing, and nail care - after my period ends for a monthly body “reset.” Kinda neat to see how others do this too

First time watching. I find it very relaxing. I do self care weekly. I use body exfoliators, deep hair conditioner, a peel on my face, neck and chest, teeth whiteners and heavy body moisturizer. After the peel I use argon oil on my face. Your video encourages me to try other products. Thank you!

I recommend everyone who has dry skin not to use too many products and also check the products ingredients for any silicones. Those may dry out your skin.
Obly why would you put all that lotion and oil on and then sit in the tub ,your just going to have to reapply

Took a bath and took another one 🤣 and that makes your skin really dry, my derm doctor said you should take a quick bath only so u could not remove your natural oil in our body that it won't make your skin really dry.

Sheet mask is my saviour especially for winters.. i think everyone knows it's always better to patt like dub dub your skin instead of rubbing as it helps in staying of the serum anything that to you put to stay in place. It's a trick that's has helped me a lot

Love the video how ever when you use the blow dry brush you need to use a heat protectant. The brush can get extremely hot and get to a heat that isn’t good for the hair

a good oil i recommend is osun oil by luxe 44! It makes my skin so soft and has a beautiful glow! Its a face oil but u can also put it on the body i just mix it into whatever lotion im using and it makes them 10x better

@@tashfin745Yes but with a clean blade (facial blade)and don’t shave over acne or already irritated skin because it will worsen.Also learning how to shave properly is important too,like at a 90* angle and shave at a slow pace.The after treatment is important too,like a good moisturizer.

How often do you do this routine? I feel like shaving irritates the skin plus showering, hair mask, washing and styling such long hair is super time consuming. How applicable is this routine in terms of how often do you do it?

So, first of all i dont recommend anybody to make your body dependant on all of these skin care products. Cause after a short period of time your body becomes addicted to the moisterizers, which literally destroy the skin. To change your bodys adaptation to these skin products exchange them with natural products like coldpressed olive oil. At first your body will react differently cause your used to all of these products before snd now you are starting to cut them, just be patient and free your body from this addiction. Its not about fancy packaging and tryin to buy what others pretend to buy. And before you judge please try it for yourself, you will see the results. You can use these natural oils for you hair, face literally your whole body. Just give it a try then criticise me. Go to your local store search for cold pressed olive oil, or coldpressed almond oil.
