There is more to the Buteyko Breathing Method of Unblocking the Nose than you show here. People need to keep using the nose to breath instead of mouth breathing. At the end of the breath you need to breath through your nose only and calm your breathing without using your mouth.
Dr my face and nose is getting asymmetry I don't know what is happening ? My 3rd molars are starting growing if I don't have the space to grow should i remove or should i keep it or it cause any problem if no space to grow it's any changes to my face shape
You're right that your facial asymmetry is due to dental crowding and jaw/facial underdevelopment. If your 3rd molars are coming in, that means you're most likely in your teens or 20s. Most dentists will recommend removing your wisdom teeth (3rd molars), especially if they are impacted. It's a tough situation you're in. Ideally, if available in your area, try to find an air-way knowledgeable dentist who can offer your options to widen as well as to protrude your jaws, to make more space for your teeth and your airway. Unfortunately, taking out your 4 wisdom teeth may lessen crowding in your teeth, but overall, your face may shrink back even further.

Im so scared to use a netti pot. I heard a tragic story about it. Dont remember it to well, but i do remember it being tragic and ever since then ive been so scared. My son always has stuffy nose. He has what i would call is narrow bridge.
It’s nearly impossible to find any nasal spray without benzalkonium chloride. Even Flonase and Nasonex have it.
I absolutely adore my Navage. Netipots arent strong enough and navage hasnt failed me yet. Plus, its nice to really see what comes out in the tank.
Just blow your nose with water at the bathroom basin.
