With the rise of K- Dramas and K-Pop Madness in the Philippines is the sudden crave for Korean food cuisine and one of them is Samguypsal or Korean Barbeque grill. Japan has been famous also with their own version of Yakiniku.

1. The Griller is just like an induction grill that they use wax like parchment baking paper that prevents buil up of burnt caramalized residue on the grill since it is waxed and also absorbs the oil fromthe meat you grill.
2. The meats are served fresh and frozen. Although it takes time to grill the meat, still it is flavorfull.
3. Place and the Ambiance is good, although we went on a Sunday Lunch time, the sitting arrangements is quite compact , good if your an average Filipino small size, But if your Big like me or for foreigners, the dining may be quite to smaill.
4. You can get unlimited order of Corn and Mozzarella Cheese, though other side dishes looks like been pre-preapred and stored chilled and you will notice it once they serve it, so it quite losses its appeal and flavor.
5. Minor concern, but the scissors and other utensils are still in great condition. I've been to other Korean grill restaurants where the scissors aren't sharp enough to cut chunk slices of meat. Same goes with the kitchen tongs, which are almost hard to use. Ypu can enjoy using chopsticks if you fear using their utensil for Health and safety concerns.
Sumo Niku looks like it's aggressively expanding. I've seen a number of branches, especially inside SM Malls. I just hope that the meat and service quality will never change.
