You should have +12 V permanently on the CAN has nothing to do with the ignition! Check if the dongle has a power button or something
Just translate the code. And it will tell you whats the problem of your car. Thats why it send you to google every time you press that error codes.Or you must download the error codes of you car model at see the translation.
