- Last weekend, Sentinel's Valorant player Hunter “SicK” Mimms was arrested for criminal trespassing after tweeting a video of what appeared to be an altercation at a Ferrari dealership.
As of publication, Sick remains in jail. Since his arrest, many, including Sentinels CEO Rob Moore, have called for the community to support SicK during this time.
It’s a complicated story, so let's lay out everything we know so far.

Poor guy, it looks like he’s still struggling with his mental health and a few unfortunate events have really set him off. Hope he’s able to figure himself out again and accept the support given to him
No excuse to be a self-entitled asshole. He was told to leave someone's business and his arrogant ass didn't.

What’s sad is no one paid his bail that says a lot. 5k bail at ten percent is 500 so no one bailing. Him out says a lot

It could be the case that he is suffering from bipolar I or II. I and some family members have it, and many of these things are things I or they have done before during mania. Traveling to brazil was probably a stressful situation and could have contributed to it happening.
When you are manic you feel like you are right about everything and it almost feels like you have obtained knowledge no one else has, you have an extreme sense of wellbeing, you sleep less and talk more and faster, you make large impulse purchases and decisions.
Im glad he has people in his family concerned for his wellbeing.

@Spectre thats fair. im not trying to diagnose him. I shouldn't have said i was certain, I just thought it might help some people who aremt familiar with those conditions. Or just help people understand what he could be going through so people will stop passing judgment on his character because of this.
This is sad to see, I've been following Sick maybe from his CSGO career and to see him changed a lot because of depression. Hope he gets the treatment he needs and come back to his old self.

Btw for the sick and Kyedae thing apparently he just took her out to lunch to have a heart to heart talk about how he was treated at the event. Then came a debate that supposedly got heated and that was what made kyedae uncomfortable.

@@PURP_PLAYS When you're a pro you get 10 tickets that you can give away for free to family, friends, whoever you want, for your team's games. Idk if it's given for 6th men but even if they're not, you're telling me no one from SEN could have given him 1-2 tickets that they had for free?
I don't know Sick, so that could just be him, but the way he was acting and talking during those clips just felt really weird. I wouldn't be surprised if there was something more going on with him.

@@willho4202 depends on how his family talked to him. there are family members who would say people need help and would try to sing them into therapy over things like wanting being a pro e-sports player, being homosexual, or less. from how slick at least he seems coherent on wether people are good or bad and takes into account other factors.
He's using some sort of amphetamine for sure. I've seen a lot of people abuse that shit, and he's either majorly abusing an ADHD med like Ritalin or Adderall to a 100+ degree level, or he was on molly/ecstasy or even worse, meth. I know this sounds like speculation, but I've had friends that were top level Apex players that started acting *exactly* like this when they started abusing one of the preformentioned drugs

You should add the detail that Sick's ex lied about the nature of their relationship in an attempt to damage Sick's reputation as well as break some of Sick's belongings while staying at his place. Their relationship actually was open, but functionally only for Sick's ex which was exposed by one of their mutual. She accused him of flirting with multiple women (not Kyedae, people misunderstood this) based on pretty much nothing. There was a party he attended where she claimed that Sick was flirting with multiple women there only for one of the people who actually attended the party to respond saying that not only did he not flirt with the women there, he was pretty much just acting sad by himself during entirety of the party. Sick's ex definitely seemed like an important catalyst to his current behaviour so I don't understand why this video doesn't really touch on that and instead, kind of paints her in an "ok" light.
no, all she said was he needed to let her know in advance if he was going to be with someone. According to her they had a fight and then he never asked about getting with this girl. A lot of people are ignorant to how open relationships work, they still have rules and boundaries. For breaking hs things, all that we know of is that she broke a poster frame so let's not exaggerate on that. Not saying she's an angel cause we dk every detail, but let's stick to facts and stop trying to pile on other stuff with no real evidence.

Lied about them not being in an open relationship(a tweet literally in this video), even though they actually were in an open relationship that has only benefited her. And yeah I am going to include the fact that she broke sick's belongings, if we are going to talk about Sick kicking her out of his house and thinking she is a threat in some way then it is important context.

I think it speaks mountains that no one has paid Sick's $5000 bail. What it says, I won't guess because there are far too many unknown details about Sick's health.
They are literally all afraid to bail him out without him going to a mental hospital but in TX that is hard to force someone to do.
i think it also his own fault for blocking his own family members(because they dont like the decision of him buying expensive car) so he kinda put himself on fire there for that.

My man's has gone through a lot and was also surrounded by very toxic people. Hope things get better for him.
I just hope this doesn't turn into another "Etika" situation, hopefully we can learn from the past, and get people help when they need it. 😔
As much as it sucks to say, it's also up to them being willing to receive that help, which not every mentally ill person will be open to. We can just hope that people are offering him genuine assistance and he accepts it as help instead of rejecting it and continue to spiral alone.
He seriously seems like he has bipolar disorder. It's hard because I've had a friend with the same condition and it's really hard to approach them because they themselves close off their selves.
Depression has no cure, it's all up to you whether you decide to face your own demon and defeat it or just make an excuse simply bc you can't handle it yourself.
So a girlfriend of a player on rooster can be in the arena with the team when she is signed WITH DIFFERENT ORG and a player a substitute(if something happened to one of players thats why hes there) from that team is not allowed? WTF??? How can anyone allow a member of a team be treated like this...

Furthermore assuming she should get access (which I don't see why not) then Sick should be allowed as a member of a team that is playing that day. He wasn't, which doesn't make sense.

I hope he will be okay. Always thought he was a cool guy and I really hope he gets the help he really needs and also the support by Sentinels - and maybe some kind of option to rejoin the team when everything is okay again. For me it looks like that he really loved all the people at Sentinels and kinda feared that they won't stick with him anymore.
I remember watching some valorant streamers and everytime SicK is in their lobby, he would speak nonstop (through open mic) to the point where some chatters begged their streamer to mute him.

I still have a question regarding sentinels. Why did they not make sure he was part of the tournament. No one thought about getting him a ticket? That's weird. Why did they not let him watch the games?
Back then he tweeted the bouncer did not let him in and no one from sentinels reacted on this day. They ghosted him.
For anyone who’s never dealt with Ferrari dealerships (which by universal proposition almost all can be relatively the same) they are UNBELIEVABLY arrogant. If they don’t think you look the part or will honor the brand, they tend to look down on you and Ferrari has gone so far as to sue individuals who modify their vehicles (even though they bought them).
I’m not saying Sick wasn’t possibly acting a fool and deserved it. I’m simply saying I’m not surprised something went down in the story of:

Honestly, when you feel like everyone around you is not respecting you, just stop social media for a while, cut ties with people for a bit, and rest. Only with close family and friends, live life.
When everyone around you is the problem but not you, you should take a look at yourself. Seems like the dude has deteriorating mental health and he’s pushing people away. I had a good friend go through something similar and she turned out to be schizophrenic among other mental health issues. Hope everything works out for him.
This is really sad to watch, I joined one of his streams a while back and I could just see how much he's changed.

Even if he agreed to that arrangement Kissubie isn't an angel in this situation either. That proposal seems pretty manipulative and controlling... She's since deleted the tweet but I've seen it reposted. Very disappointed in the score eSports for either not doing enough digging or deciding that for some reason that context wasn't relevant. Hunter already wasn't in a good place before all of this, it honestly feels like she took advantage of his deteriorating mental health to string him along as a backup while she goes and also dates whoever else she pleases.

In the past, Sick has been very humble. He was probably second best player on the old SEN roster after tenZ, and he never really got the clout considering how good of a player he is and how diverse his map pool was, and then after all of that, having to be the 6th man must be hard. idk what sort of troubles he is having but considering his bad lot, I don't think he was really treated with due respect

I was watching Grimm’s stream with his duo and then they got teamed up with Sick, he was speaking non-sense. People offered help and told him to seek help but he’s refusing it. He keeps making dramas with other people and connects it with his mental issue. At this point,if people can’t help him or he doesn’t want help from others, only he can help himself.

he is dealing with a lot. shit hasn't been easy for him in a while. I don't think what he did was right, but I also don't think that he is in the right headspace. denied from being able to participate in a team he helped make what it is today, taken from the primary duelist player doing insane stuff to being a fill in. his dad died and he didn't even get to see his dad. his old teammates that he played with have been sent to other teams, and he's playing a new game after having played CS for so long. It makes sense for him to be emotionally distraught.
When Kyedae says she feels uncomfortable from Sick, I'm pretty sure it is not for flirting messages from sick (if there is any) but rather a complex situation at Sick keeps embroiling himself into. It's unconformable for anyone in the sidelines even if they can help such as Shaz to chime in and help. Just don't like the narrative that Sick is flirting with Kyedae.
That is the narrative because his ex put that out there.. She is likely part of the catalyst that sent him off. Understandable they were both toxic and caused their own trust issues in their relationship but for her to go on a Twitter rant and drag him for hours knowing she wasn’t putting the whole story out there.. it’s ridiculous to even see her in a positive light… she should have never got back with him when emotionally she didn’t actually love him or want him. She wanted his support/his house and his security that she didn’t need to do anything to live a comfortable life with him.. how manipulative.. I truly hope he gets the help he needs and surrounds himself around those who truly want what’s best for him

The org has never left him even when he just suddenly took a break at the middle of the tournament last year where Rawkus have to fill in for his role and they became a joke in the community. Plus no employer usually bails their employee out for getting arrested when they themselves got themselves in their own actions.

From Sicks stream clips, he talks a lot about feeling alone but mentions that he was super happy when Shaz contacted him. Sounds like Sens (managers, ceos and even players) simply casted him aside for being a 6 player and the guy started feeling like shit
You missed a lot of important context in this video, kissubi was cheating on Sick and there's multiple dms of her talking to other people where she confirms this, also her statement about him making Kyedae uncomfortable was intentionally misleading, he never flirted with her, he simply got very personal with her about what was going on and she wasn't comfortable talking about it as she didn't think she was the right one for him to talk to and that he needed to get help. Additionally there is a lot of evidence coming out showing that kissubi was emotionally abusing him and taking advantage of him.
Just so everyone is VERY CLEAR: In order to get arrested for criminal trespass, you have been asked to leave ad-nauseum. Especially in TX.
The store has to ask you to leave, the police ask you to leave, the police ask the store (Ferrari in this case) if they'd like to trespass him. They agree. After they agree, he's presented with a form stating that he cannot come back. If he does, he will be arrested.
So he was told SEVERAL times to leave. Oh well.

@@LshowKnows I think you should be more clear in saying that Ferrari is exclusive. They've denied A list celebrities from ownership simply because they don't want their brand associated with them. This isn't the Bentley or Maybach dealer. It's not a race thing, they just don't want to be associated with certain people. But Ferrari's always been that way, they originally got in business BECAUSE they HAD to sell cars to the public in order to participate in racing.

His mental health is in the gutter. That’s clear as day. He needs help. But he also pretty much denied help by blocking a concerned family member about his purchase of a Ferrari. If you don’t know the details, don’t point a finger.
This is not me defending his actions in the slightest however i noticed you guys failed to mention the full story of what happened with Hunter and his now ex girlfriend. There was some pretty clear signs of manipulation put out there from multiple people on twitter. This lead to his girlfriend actually being the one being unfaithful and sick had been manipulated into a one sided open relationship that he was unhappy in. I’m quite convinced that this incident alone would weigh on anyone but on top of all the other things happening i think he just snapped.

Coming strictly from a car guy standpoint, Ferrari is a gatekeep-y company. If they don't like you, they won't sell you a new car. I wouldn't be surprised if the dealership didn't think he was "good" enough to be there
@@BobBob-et9io I'm not going to speculate. I have seen Ferrari dealerships that are stuck up and very choosey on whom they sell to. There are also some cars that Ferrari requires that you own other Ferrari's to buy another Ferrari.

I never like sentinels and always thought that they were overhyped however my heart bleeds for sick and I hope that he recovers well surrounded by his love ones
For all we know sentinels may have told sick to get help before he can Enter arenas. The guy needs help, but if he doesn’t seek it or accept it, then I’m not gonna waste any emotion feeling bad
finally someone seeing the truth, ik it's hard for someone to accept that they need psychiatric help but, he himself is not accepting that fact even tho everyone is telling him to get help and simultaneously telling them to shut up and blaming them of not supporting him, this type of response is not going to help at all, there is so much an org can do for it's players they have a business to look after and compitions to compete to stay relevant even more so in case of sentinels considering their downfall from their throne. idk but if he himself denying help is making me NOT feel bad for him.

Very unacceptable to see from this channel to provide half deets on the topic of his ex. Only the things that make hunter look bad were shown when clearly his ex was proven in the wrong and all the sh*t that she was spewing before, she just made her account private and suddenly all of her tweets were hidden. The way she portrayed him as the cheating one and just claiming that the relationship was not "open relationship" while not saying that she was on the open end, and was prolly dating other guys at the time, the tweets which showed him kicking her out of the house while not mentioning that she was breaking his precious stuff in the house, you guys missed to show the important things.
