Friday is always a more casual game approach and to try units that maybe aren’t strictly competitive only. I personally enjoy seeing different combinations being tried. Always enjoy the streams chaps, even if I don’t always see them live

Cool to see Drukhari getting a play! Especially with the Solitaire in the list which I am thinking of running IRL and have done in a couple of TTS games. Shame they were FO'd immediately and not able to teach Draxus a lesson in melee.

65 points ... 5 witchseekers that's usually what would go in a custode army

Does anyone have the link for the course offer?
    It's not in the description.

Why would you not bring Caladius Grav-tanks? They’re arguably the best tank in the game and are a pivotal piece that are making Custodes relevant right now. Genuinely confusing.

You guys NEVER use competitive lists. It’s almost like you sandbag army lists in these live streams on purpose to try and get people to buy your courses. Seems pretty disingenuous.

Two things. They don’t own every model in every range. TBH I think what they own is rather limited outside of the armies they personally own vs the “studio” armies.
Second, in what way would sandbagging armies make people want to buy courses? If anything it makes it look at a glance like they don’t know how to build a list OR they’re just playing for fun. In either case, it doesn’t convey a “hey, these guys are pros, so I want to learn from them.” I enjoy their content mostly for the banter and the occasional tips, but it does rankle a bit every now and again that they don’t run more meta lists while claiming to be a tactics channel. I’m not sure how either of those impressions are selling courses.

@ yeah those are valid points. They should have plenty of funding to get more complete armies considering how well they raised funds for their new studio. Really wish they would be more competitive.

@ I agree, I wish they would. They have been pumping most of their funding into the new studio. Hopefully we see some expanding of model ranges soon so they can run more competitive stuff.
I think they would sell more classes if they really showed off the best play with the most competitive lists they have. Sure, have some fun “chat plays” games now and again, but it’s a tactics channel at the end of the day.

@@Zombifikation86you can still show "tactics" and good play with any units.
