Behz was actually the starting point of my journey. Seeing how perserverant he was on getting where he's at now i decided that i wanted to get that raise on self confidence, health and quality of life in general. I was 122.10kg in september 2020, went to a doctor, got a diet and just checked in today (march 24th) with 97.7kg. As drDisrespect would say, we're at the tippity top of the mountain, but we're only half way in.

Went to the doctor to be out on a diet loool should’ve held yourself accountable and ate less calories or burned off more than you eat, not hard.

Mental health can be such a difficult thing to overcome when it comes to fitness. Seeing other peoples journeys can be so motivating for people who struggle to find the motivation to even get out of bed

i think it’s underrated how difficult it is for slim people to gain weight. it’s just as difficult to gain weight than to lose weight.
it really depends. I feel like gaining weight was a lot easier for me than loosing that shit again
@@lucasandersen7124 depends on your metabolism! Slow metabolism means easier to gain weight and then if you have fast metabolism its much harder to gain weight!

I was 88kg before COVID lockdowns and that. 5’11 worked 3 years to go from 70 to 88 kg and now I’m back to being skinny fat. Lost a lot of muscle. And put on fat. Really depressing. But. In like 20 days gyms are back and imma get back to that. Let’s go bois.
High volume high rep pushups, pull ups and squats(harder variations for low volume) were an option though

I’m currently in a weight loss transformation, I’ve lost nearly 2 Stone in two months.
This was solely with a diet and walking but I’ve now just got a new bike and I am now cycling every other day to help build my cardio. I’ve always been quite built in terms of muscle so to stop me loosing muscle mass I’ve also got some Power Block Pro 50s I weight train with as well. Couple more stone I think and I’ll be at goal weight.

I do the body transformation every spring. I gain a good bit of weight during the winter and get chubbyish. Currently I'm on my 3rd or 4th week of working out everyday, and I can see a difference. I wish I had the ability to workout throughout the winter, but my body gets stiff due to the cold, and my energy drops below zero (my normal energy is 0). Due to the energy loss, I eat more. I can't wait till I can get back in the gym.
Currently for me, I love seeing this cause I used to be 140lbs just a few months ago, now im 160lbs. Im far from where I want to be but I've been pushing myself everyday, and doin my best. Go to the gym 6 days a week for 2 hours at least

I think one of the most important things for a body transformation is learning how to cook so your not reliant on things like takeaway food.
If you want to hold yourself accountable, document what you do to commit to the transformation so you have the right motivation and intention

I’m the same as cal 6foot3 and have gained 22kg in a year and half I think he is gonna change his goal of 88kg but it will be interesting to see I started at 60.9 kg and am 83kg now
Over lockdown I managed to go from 58kg to 64kg (I’m about 6,1) and I still wasn’t happy but at least I was heading in the right direction, I’m not back at school and losing weight so quickly again and I’m back down to 61kg, it’s rly disheartening but hoping to get back on track when I break up from school

I’m 6 foot I have a heart condition and up and until September I weighed 220 pounds I was very fat and then I lost weight and came down 40 pounds and I stayed at 180 for a little bit but since Gyns are open now I’m dropping more weight and I’m 173 now in 2.5 weeks allhumdulillah all thanks to good and Ethan did motivate me a lot and this video helps me to keep going allhumdulillah

Cal if you want to get 88kg I would definitely recommend bulking shakes, I gained and my mates gained over a stone within 2-3months of consistency drinking the shake every night, in the shake -> 2 scoops protein powder
200-300 ml of milk
Cup of oats
Table spoon of Greek yogurt x2
Table spoon of peanut butter x2
Banana
Scoop of ice cream (optional)
Mixed berry’s (optional)
This on top of your normal diet will add an easy 800+ calories

@@suemerson2644 not a recipe man, gym influencers such as joe fazer, Joel Davies and gym youtubers/TikTokers, look it up because it helped me gain weight when I struggled to and it’s proven to work
What's your maintenance calories? You probably have a low appetite
@@Beebeepbooboop in a lean bulk it’s 3100-3400 but in my maintenance it’s 2.700-800 in a cut tho it’s 2300 tho

- 3000+ calories a day
- if no weights do calisthenics (different variation of push ups and pull ups if possible)
- with weights (push pull legs after each workout do max body weight exercise of each PPL) (max push ups on push) (max pull ups of pull) (max squat and calf raises in legs)
- no fizzy and sugary drinks (only black coffee or tea)
- no fast food/junk foods such as crips, cakes, burger
- try to do with a friend :)

As a 6ft2 guy I always had your body type and I found as I got to mid 20s you just fill out naturally more. Funnily enough I weigh 88kg today.
Getting a sedentary job, driving everywhere instead of walking, no more sports like you used to when you were younger saves a lot of calories and makes you gain fat

Train one day yes one day no, eat more than what you burn, take your time and don’t rush through sets, and whenever you feel like when you’re doing an exercise you can get through it easily, try more sets or change it up a bit. Love ya bro hope it helps
