MODERN ART - Peter Capaldi's first line in Doctor Who.
I bet he was like I stole the doctors tardis
Vincent and the doctor was a great episode
No matter how often I watch, I always tear up.
I just have to ask -- in "Tooth and Claw," was I the only person waiting for Queen Victoria to exclaim "No, honestly, CD!"...? 🤣
THANKS for this!!!!
Doctor Who and history-strange mix but good for the fans of the show to enjoy and don’t worry about the time line -the doctor will get this all right! 😊😊😊😊😊
The show started as an educational program mate…
@@PLAYER42_ready that it did, friend!
Why is the DW channel uploading so much rn??
Wow
❤❤
What about the B&W era? They shown historical stories too in the classic series.
Marco Polo went missing, like so much more - it took them a while to do crossovers with the usual Who-monsters, because the kids started to dislike "history only" episodes. Nobody likes to be "taught a lesson" while trying to wnjoy his leisure time...
@@LisaBeta-42 A: They can still show clips from the episodes that are partly found and lost, And B: I thought the point to this video is to show all the historical events the Doctor and his past companions been too, Hints a clip from The Cruse of Fenric which was shown here, And need I mention the Meddling Monk in The Time Meddler, You know 1066 involving Vikings and Saxons, So what's anyone's excuse on the subject?
It's all Chess.
ALLONS-Y!
Question for everyone what historical people do you want the doctor to see next? Truthfully
Leonardo da Vinci went "missing from history" for 3 years of his youth (would make a great companion along some advanced other alien, who knows nothing about human history).
Lucky Luke from the Belgium fun Westerns could make a crossover with the Doctor, seems to have some time-travelling abilities to cover so many decades of US history (his "father" would have had his 100th birthday last year)
Any inventor of some smaller improvement, like the winshield wiper (a woman by the way), would be welcome
Alan Turing.
Imagine, ww2, allies are struggling, Alan and co working on the enigma code, the axis powers have a big bad helping them keep shtum, Daleks would be perfect if they hadn’t been in ww2 already… doctor helps them sort it out, and they have a heartbreaking scene where Turing comes out to the doctor and they discuss how he has to keep quiet about his sexuality. Particularly with 15 being a bit queer this could be a really poignant episode
Brb got some fan fiction to write
DOCTOR WHO RAHHH
DOCTOR WHO
I’m always grateful Doctor Who brings in history moments. Makes me learn more about history better than my history teachers at school😂
Didn't they already do this video but time travelling? I mean they could've just done "time travelling part 2."
Doctor Who Forever
A rather odd selection of historical stories.
