Mam i have a doubt. In regression there is a graph for predicting price of used car, mileage Vs price. If mileage is low then how price is high ?? Similarly if mileage is high then how can price be low ?
Mileage of car decreases with time....and as the car is having low mileage.... It means it has been used for a long period of time....and its pretty obvious that something that is been used a lot will cost very less as compared to the car with more mileage as it is less used(thus more efficient). I hope you got the point😇😇😇
By mileage one means the actual distance run by the car and NOT mileage as is casually referred to (i.e. NOT avg distance in kms per liter of fuel). This makes it self explanatory.
Refer terminology topic from second lecture. Try writing it down on a note. Memorize it all. Then come back to this video. TIP: Get a good rest and attend this class it helps

Look at carefully in the graph if mileage(x) increases, price (y) is decreasing over time. See the straight line carefully

It would be meaningful if the arrow over x-axis is reversed.
